Never again weekend from hell . The only thing I like was Starbucks, no heating working , moved 3 times . Rooms cold . Dirty restaurant, food very poor . Could go on but manager seems to think this is except able. All I can say won’t be back . Got plenty of photos of how bad it is . Don’t waste your money .

Une très belle surprise ! Bien accueilli , chambre impeccable. Le restaurant est tout à fait correct, et très agréable. Des télés partout pour regarder les matches de foot. Une salle de sport très très bien équipée et accessible gratuitement avec le pass de la chambre. Piscine et spa aussi, piscine accessible aux enfants sur les horaires définis. Parking sur place. Tout était parfait.

Room clean, problems with temperature as no instructions for air conditioning. Towel rail was unheated so we had damp towels. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The menu in the Pub and Grill was very limited if you did not want burgers. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and gluten free options. Would stay again but probably choose to eat out in an evening.

Lovely hotel excellent rooms and pleasant staff. Breakfast delicious. Only thing although we didn’t pay for parking as was weekend think abolish car parking charges for guests

The hotel is a little far out but with a grill and a Starbucks it wasn't a problem for me. Every staff member I spoke to was friendly, helpful and smiled! The food in the grill in the evening was fantastic with good portion sizes, hot and very tasty. Breakfast had a good selection and the area was spotless. Has the standard small glasses though so if like me you wake parched, take a water bottle with you to fill ;) The room was a decent size and clean. Ample tea, coffee and milk in the room which was a nice change to other hotels. I slept very well in a really comfortable bed although it did move a bit as on wheels and didn't seem to be 'locked' in place. Pillows were lovely and the linen fresh and clean. We hosted an event the following day and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The staff were really helpful with a guy kindly showing me the space the night before. The screen and projector were good and very easy to use. The WIFI was also very good and stable. I would definitely recommend The Village Aberdeen for business or pleasure. It was an enjoyable stay and the staff made it stand out even more.

This is a great hotel with great facilities and staff. The family changing rooms were great for travelling with my 1yr old. The Pub and Grill food was excellant and the staff always interacted with my boy. Due to travelling with a baby during spring, bed time was just before the sun was setting. My boy and myself struggled to get to sleep due to the light coming in the window. The blinds keep out ZERO light. In the end I had to board the window up with pillows and towels to try and reduce the light. The hotel should really look to invest in curtains. I'd imagine this could be a standing complaint of other users during the summer when they have to attend work meetings in the nearby offices early the next day.
