Getting booked in and checking in was very easy and is the first time I have done so with nothing but a key code and I like how hassle free it was, the accommodation itself was more than adequate and very fairly priced. Overall i rate the accommodation high enough that we probably would choose it again for our next time in the city. The only thing was Unfortunately we didn't feel comfortable enough to stay both nights due to the lack of staff members or knowledge of the procedures to deal with the issues that the guest next-door had with us. It made us feel like we couldn't fully enjoy our first time away together because even if we so much as had a giggle or a laugh they'd bang a door or slam something. I'd of been more than respectfully understanding say if it was late or over the top but it was the weekend and we went to have fun .

I contacted the staff on arrival and they were immediate in helping me. I forgot something amd they have posted it to me. Im very pleased with my stay.

This is a horrible little hotel that refused to refund my son when the building was raided by authorities. It smelt disgusting my son was terrified and the owner just didn’t care. The hotel was reported to the hotel and ******* group and a refund was made. We anticipate a formal review if this hotel by *******

Amazing experience. Every time I needed something, I was provided with it. And I forgot my charger, but the guest house manager called me and hand it back. Thank you

Not the quietest of places, so loud , street is loud and personally wouldnt recommend, the only good thing is fridge microwave and kettle. People are so noisy here they dont think of others the bedding is itchy and the shower has sink in front of it so cant use. No double glazing . I wouldnt stay here again
