Once again a really good stay in this hotel, staff are really friendly and the rooms are clean. The food is nice as well, the only downside is side is they only take card or contactless payment at the bar!! Which is a pain as cash is still legal tender but its not good enough here 🤷🏻♂️

Hotel staff rude, room not clean with used tissues under the bed and hairs all over bath tub. Complained to reception team who just dismissed my comments. Breakfast was okay with good selection however staff just did not care about the place, Won’t be staying again

Hidden gem in Aberdeen for a wedding venue. Recently had our wedding here and an absolutely amazing hotel. The hotel itself is lovely, beautiful ballroom, clean and comfortable bedrooms and staff that go above and beyond to make your event and stay just perfect. Honestly don't have 1 negative thing about our experience. If your looking for a venue for a wedding or party it's a must see venue.

Attended the Papeterie craft retreat at the hotel, although as a day visitor this time. The hotel has such a nice ambiance. The decor a lovely Scottish feel, with the quirky seagulls squawking which was fun. Everything was so nicely presented. Anne really is a star, such a pleasant, happy personality. Nothing is too much bother. Special shout out for the delicious gluten free snacks. Big thanks again to Anne for making the visit so enjoyable.

Wonderful stay at a fabulous hotel which far exceeded my expectations from the warm welcome to the room. Having stayed at a number of the Leonardo Hotels in the UK this hotel to rate as one of the finest of the brands that I have resided at. Conveniently located for the airport terminal, for a bus stop which has an excellent regular service into the city centre (taking about thirty minutes on the 727 bus), and with ample parking the hotel is well-connected to the main road network. Our room was large, spotlessly clean and well decorated; benefiting from a smart modern television, excellent Wi-Fi, in-room fridge, and comfortable chairs. The bed was superb aiding a fabulous night's sleep thanks to a wonderful mattress, lovely comfy duvet and pillows all encased in crisp white linen. The en suite bathroom was clean, spacious with a bath and a powerful shower over. The hotel team primary aim was to ensure that you enjoyed your stay and they achieved this with professionalism and efficiency.

I don't think i've ever been so well looked after! We had a bit of 'different' wedding to say the least but despite all that, the venue looked frigging amazing the staff were 2nd to none..It absolutely couldn't have gone any better under the circumstances. The hotel its self is just beautiful, with a gorgeous fire place and a courtyard and the rooms... EVERY member of staff was so so so accommodating from the moment we arrived to even after us going in a few days later. They were smiling the whole time. The food was, oh my gosh! delicious. Fish and chips on the Friday was gorgeous! the 3 course meal on the Saturday was lovely and breakfast was so yummy! I was in A LOT of rooms over the course of the wedding, and every single one was spotless less, well presented and the beds were super comfy. House keeping were brilliant! reception were awesome. And my 2 new best friends Hannah and Anne are bloody stars!!

The staff went above and beyond for my friends birthday, it was a lovely addition. Nothing was too much for them. Room was spacious & clean. Not far from TECA either.
