Very clean, quiet hotel with very friendly staff. Parking full and too small but cheap paying public parking opposite. Very nice and affordable full breakfast.

Location is great and hotel is basic and clean. Staff friendly. Bar has a good choice of drinks. Walking distance to the bars and the shops. Would return in the future

We stopped over for one night on the way home from Orkney. arrived very early on the ferry and breakfast and an early checkin worked really well for us. Very comfortable, great location, friendly staff and a good price.

Situated in a great location right at the end of Union Street. Hotel looks a little dated on the outside but on the inside is fitted to a good standard. No issues at all and would stay again. Didn’t use the restaurant as other eateries were close by.

I found access to the hotel difficult by car, after a four hour drive I wanted to park at least for ten minutes to check in, there is nowhere to stop, the hotel car par is limited and difficult to navigate, despite this you pay to park

I’ve stayed in a lot of premier inns and I like them because they are the same everywhere. This one is in dire need of an upgrade. The floors are worn, the furniture is worn and it just seems tired. There was a musty smell in the room which I concluded was the shower curtain. Kind of got used it after awhile. The staff were all absolutely lovely and very friendly and helpful. Could not fault them at all.
