Very clean, quiet hotel with very friendly staff. Parking full and too small but cheap paying public parking opposite. Very nice and affordable full breakfast.

I’ve stayed in a lot of premier inns and I like them because they are the same everywhere. This one is in dire need of an upgrade. The floors are worn, the furniture is worn and it just seems tired. There was a musty smell in the room which I concluded was the shower curtain. Kind of got used it after awhile. The staff were all absolutely lovely and very friendly and helpful. Could not fault them at all.

Hotel good - taxi company they partnered with is a disaster. They never turn up when they say. They were 20 mins late for us and 25 mins late for my partner. Totally useless and as it’s a hotel I don’t think they care as you are only visiting. Top tip don’t use the hotel lobby phone to call a taxi - you will be disappointed!

Great overnight stay at Aberdeen. Staff were great and more than happy to help and wonderful to be able to leave my case after check out until I was able to collect later on that day.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful in accommodating my needs - at check in and especially at breakfast. The hotel is pretty comfortable. There was no heating in my room for them first hour but a visit to reception solved that. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow. Disabled access isn’t great - it’s through a door at the back in the car park, then a manual door that isn’t easy to open in a chair to gain access to the lift to reception. The access to my accessible room (9) was a bit compromised by a duct on the opposite wall of the corridor impinging on turning space into the room. 18 months after my previous review there’s still no sign at the entrance indicated how to get wheelchair access.
