The Hotel was lovely. Food excellent and the staff too. Only reason I dropped a star was the heating in the room. Couldn’t get it below 20° and it was far too hot and stuffy. Woke with heavy head and blocked nose. Beds were really comfy and the room was spotless

Always a friendly smiling face to greet you on your arrival. Super friendly service. Julia was so patient and helpful, she made the whole check in process a breeze, even tho I did make a few changes to my booking. Great location, close to the airport and the transport into the city.

Hotel is nice and clean . Lady at the reception went above and beyond for myself husband and kids . She even gave them bubbles and chocolates . Very friendly staff

Nowhere near a family room. Was all smushed together my daughter fell over a case and hurt her ankle going to the toilet as the room was that small we had nowhere to put three cases

Location was ok, quite near the airport. Parking is chargeable at £7/day which is a touch expensive. There was only one towel instead of the usual two, Exhaust fan of the bathroom was not working. Room otherwise was ok

Wonderful stay on all counts. Clean, comfy, super nice staff, great food. Surprisingly quiet even though at the airport. 100% recommended and would happily be back! Everyone working here was very nice and patient even though we were with a difficult 2 year old. Everything was very straightforward. Nothing more to ask for, thank you!

I am very satisfied with this Premier Inn. I have been always afraid of chain hotels and only stayed in the rented flats, but i had the courage to book my first ever hotel. I was travelling throughout Scotland with my partner and we needed to stop near the Aberdeen Airport. I was so nervous at first, but all the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and tidy and i loved, that I had a bath at my room. Housekeeping lady with ginger hair, did an excellent job to help us accommodate all of ours needs. I 100% will be coming back to Premier Inn in Aberdeen.

Beside the fact that the price of the room wasn't an extortion, the whole place is lovely. Very clean and tidy everywhere , with kind and lovely staff around. Quiet location and everything well organised. Staff from serving area showed professional and friendly attitude. Definitely will come again.

On arrival I was informed by a smiling receptionist that I’d have to go back outside and pay for parking. This was more than 10% of the price of the room. When I got out the lift the corridor smelled foisty like sweaty bodies and it was worse in the room. Won’t use the hotel again
