We were there with our parents and our grown up kids so aged 20 to 76!! We all had a ball, beds were super comfy, staff were great and views spectacular. We didn't eat in the restaurant but had drinks and service was great, food did smell really good. The reception staff in particular were really helpful and friendly. There was enough to do and it suited all the ages. The pool and jacuzzi were great and it was busy, so thats a bonus too!!! Would highly recommend

We had a great 5 night stay over the Easter holidays in a 2 bed lodge(28). Reception staff were really helpful no issues checking in/out. Lodge was spacious and all utilities were there, slightly dated in places but everything in good order. It's a small resort but beautiful gardens and the location on the loch is incredible! We tried the restaurant it was good book in advance if it's busy. Same with swimming pool it's not huge. The gym is disappointing probably not worth advertising that! Huge amounts of walls available from the lodge and within 20 mins driving, golf, fishing all within walking. We took paddleboards and you have direct access to loch, you rent locally also. There's not much grocery wise in kenmore so try and buy before you get there!

Family oriented resort went over the top to make our stay as comfortable as possible. And you cannot beat the scenery from your windows. Even if you are not in a unit on the Loch you have beatuiful views from any place in the Club.

Kenmore enjoys a beautiful setting on Loch Tay. There are excellent views of the surroundings. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cottages are generally well maintained, although the sofas are getting very tired and I am at loss to understand why we had two bed settees in our lounge, neither of which were very comfortable. The bedrooms are well presented and the beds were particularly comfortable.

The Kenmore Club is located in some of Scotlands most beautiful countryside giving us time to rest and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area. Fantastic accommodation and lots to see and do in the surrounding areas, well worth the stay.

My husband and I stayed here with our 17month old. We asked to check in early and were told the earliest check in time is 2pm. Normal check in is 4pm. We would have to pay £20 for the privilege. I explained we had a car full of belongings and had to be in the nearby town at 2pm so could we possibly drop our belongings off in our cottage at 130. I was told no because the cleaners needed the whole time until 2 to clean. I found this completely unreasonable as check out is 10am. Not only that, when we arrived in the evening, we discovered dirty socks belonging to the previous guests and a half drunk bottle of water sitting on the balcony. They clearly didn't utilise those 30 essential minutes. Upon check in we were told we had to pay a £100 damage 'deposit' (more than the cost of the cottage for the one night we were staying) and because we didn't have a credit card and would be paying by debit card, we were told that the £100 would have to come out of the account and wouldn't be refunded for 5-10 days depending on what bank we were with and upon inspection of the cottage. There was absolutely nothing to let us know this prior to arriving at the accommodation. I dread to thing what would have happened if we didn't have a 'spare' £100 to hand over in the middle of our trip. Absolutely scandalous behaviour. There was absolutely no personal customer care and the only good thing about this place was the restaurant. The staff there and the food was exceptional. If it wasn't for that I'd had given 1 star.

My friend and I checked in very last minute as we were wild camping around Aberfeldy but the wind picked up which made camping impossible, plus we're in our fifties and our backs were killing us after an eight mile hike. I phoned on spec and Alexa (the real human receptionist) could not have been more helpful and kind. Not only did we get an entire self catering cottage for less than fifty quid each, but she also offered us a discount cos she empathised we me being brassic and quite knackered. The cottage was absolutely lovely, very clean, warm, spacious and just what two weary wanderers needed after a full day's hike. The restaurant was ace. We had the double burgers and they were massive with loads of chips which were really nice. The atmosphere in the restaurant was really relaxed and the service was absolutely brilliant. Hats off to all the staff for being very attentive and patient. A very friendly and accommodating wee spot, maybe more so as we came out of season and we were friendly in return, which always helps. Perthshire at its finest with beautiful views of loch Tay. We will definitely come back when we're twenty years younger again lol.
