"Unfortunately I cannot give this review anymore than one star and all down to poor customer service after we had to abandon our 4 night stay due to a horrendous noise every night coming from the attic above the bedrooms. We raised this with reception who sent someone over but it didn’t resolve so after 3 nights of no sleep we decided to leave a day early. After emailing management to date they have ignored our emails and refused any kind of refund for our inconvenience. Very disapointed as this was a stay for my mother’s 80th birthday."
