The property is clean and accessible to places I need to go while I am in town. The only negative is that the elevator isn't working.

Great service , clean, quiet. The only complaint/ concern was a serious problem with the elevator. It had a serious“lurch” as it reached the 4th floor. I was warned at check in- but another gentleman on the elevator with me & I agreed that we were not prepared for that serious of a jump.

Was very apprehensive of coming back to this hotel after my last experience upon arrival I was told hello welcome to Fairfield inn & suites by wann which was new to me cause no one's told me that before and it made me feel appreciate it I was also thanked for my loyalty with the brown bag with Waters and treats in it and a handwritten note thanking me for being a bon voy elite member which was also new to me I'd like to thank him for making me feel appreciated and welcomed

The indoor pool was freezing and it may have been a bad assumption on my part, but if you're going to advertise an indoor pool, be sure it is usable.
The workout facilities were extremely lacking. The treadmill was out of order and there were no free weights, but a bench.
And, the mattress on the pull out bed was filthy.
Breakfast was good.
