Believe it could be remote. Holes in countertop. Bugs on floor and climbing wall inside room. Asked for discount at checkout due to issues. Associate said he’d speak with manager when they arrived. Never heard from them and suspect I won’t get an answer to phone call. Over priced for condition of room."
