We have been to many hotels in Abu Dhabi and I must say that Marriott Downtown is byfar our favorite and have been going there everytime we go to Abu Dhabi now. They have great food, attentive and curtious staff. From the housekeeping to the restaurants and to the Lounge! Miss George, Osama, Michelle, Christian, too bad I cannot name everyone here! Can't wait to go back:-)

Very good, nice sized hotel. Excellent pool area with heated outside pool. Great to have direct access to the private beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly but particularly Binot on the concierge desk. Disappointing that the main Jing restaurant does not offer its full range of international food or its oriental buffet during Ramadan. Yas Shuttle bus is really useful but be warned of unscheduled hour long breaks (usually 6pm/7pm ish during Ramadan. Overall a good experience and we would come back.

There is food delivery downstairs and hot water. The room is clean and tidy, and the service is particularly good. I always stay in this hotel every time I come. Minsheng Hospital and Friendly Hospital are so close. It’s very good and very supportive.

Ms. Rihab at the reception is absolutely marvelous, beautiful smile and impeccable service, provided a beautiful room and Mr. Mohammad Salam the luggage attendant was very courteous and helpful, he was very knowledgeable about the city and also gave recommendations on the best areas of the hotel for the F & B. As expected of the Marriott group, classy venue and first class staff!! Cheers!

This is by far the best budget hotel me and my girlfriend has stayed. For 4 days we stayed here everything was perfect, the fact that we dont have to ask them to clean the room is the best thing. We go out in the morning and when we come back at night the room is clean as it was when we checked-in. Our belongings were untouched but everything else was renewed without us requesting or them asking if we wanted to clean the room. The only thing this hotel needs to update or upgrade is the T.V, i consider this a 5 star budget hotel so the T.V need to be a bit more modern or latest. The room is big and the whole hotel was covered by carpet on the floor including our room and the corridor to the rooms. The area this hotel is located is perfect because everything you need is just 5 mins walk away from the hotel, bars restaurants, cheap shopping centers and malls also. All the staffs were very friendly and polite. 5 star customer service. Especially our check-in agent and receptionist Saajid gave us the best customer service. Thank you Saajid and the guy who cleans (couldnt ask his name) the rooms. For you this is the place i will choose again if i visit Abu Dhabi again. Best wishes to the hotel and Saajid and the cleaner (sorry we couldn’t ask him ask his name) and kind regards to all the staff. 💪❤️

My recent 8-night stay at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel was superb. The hotel's prime downtown location made exploring Abu Dhabi effortless and within 300m of the hotel, you will be spoilt for choice for cafes, convenience stores, restaurants, laundy stores and etc. For an older hotel, cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting the staff's dedication. Service was outstanding, from the welcoming reception to the attentive restaurant staff. The highlight was the superb breakfast, offering a variety of delicious dishes with slight tweaks each day for added variety. Overall, City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel offers a comfortable experience. Highly recommended for its superb location, cleanliness, outstanding service, and delicious breakfast offerings.

The hotel was undergoing maintenance work when we checked-in and up until March 2024. It's a bit noisy during the day from 6am to 5pm. But it's ok because we're out in the morning. It feels very unsafe. I can hear it in the next room, especially in this position. If it is night, it is not convenient for friends to come over, the front desk will ask.

Very good hotel! Room: spacious, comfortable bed, clean linen. Yes, the equipment is not new, but everything is working, there is a washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, kettle. There is a supermarket nearby with a very large selection, you can buy groceries and cook. There is an excellent beach not far from the hotel, a wide coastline, clean water, few people. You can get anywhere from the hotel by bus. The hotel has a gym, we visited it in the evenings. We stayed in this hotel for 4 days, then headed to Dubai. I really regretted that we had planned more days in Dubai, it would have been better in this place, and a couple of days in Dubai.

We’ve been traveling by for nearly a year and this was the best sleep we’ve had in months! Miles was super friendly and made checkin a breeze. We felt very welcomed! We were very lucky and received a room upgrade to a beautiful suite, but I think the room we had booked would have been nice as well. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Abu Dhabi.

The worst experience to ever have into any hotel in Abu Dhabi .from rude front desk staff to untidy environment and uncommon and strange policies of not allowing my visitor up even with ID.No wonder they are rated one star ⭐️. We chose to stay at the Marriott Exec Apartments whilst in the city for the F1. We were a family of 4, and with two 17 year old with us space and privacy was important! The apartments suited us perfectly. Oodles of space, the boys had a double bed each and their own en-suite. Views were great from the floor to ceiling windows and there is a well equipped full kitchen too if you needed it. Our only critique would be that the second ensuite needs a shower screen as the dividing wall just doesn't come out far enough to stop the floor getting drenched and there is a serious lack of mirrors! A full length mirror in the hall or living area would be useful. Facilities are good as you can also use those at the main hotel which is all connected - no need to step outside. Boys enjoyed the gym and the roof top pool is small but perfectly adequate and again, great views! All the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly those at breakfast. Location is good. We chose this hotel based on the apartment style accommodation and the price, it was a good 40 minutes by car to Yas Island but hotels there were crazy money for F1 weekend! However if you are wanting to get around all of Abu Dhabi it's fairly central so worked well for us as we were here for 5 nights and visited the Corniche, the Aquarium etc. As it's not a terribly ”touristy” area there are no restaurants nearby, just a lot of fast food outlets and a mall across the road with a food hall in it. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it if you have older children and need more space than a traditional hotel room.
