"Upon arrival, I found the room dirty, with hair and dust on the floor. I requested a room change, and although the staff provided another room and a laundry bag as requested, the new room was still not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was hair left behind from the previous guest, the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed properly, and there were sticky chocolate or candy stains on both the carpet and the floor. I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM but was only able to check in properly at around 5:00 PM due to these issues. While the staff attempted to clean the room, it still required significant improvement. What disappointed me the most was the manager’s attitude. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the manager told me that if I was unhappy, I could simply cancel my reservation and Trip.com would process a refund. I found this response unprofessional and lacking in customer care. Since I wanted peace of mind and needed a place to rest after the long delay, I decided to stay despite the room not being properly cleaned. The hotel offered a late check-out as compensation, but unfortunately, that did not make up for the poor experience. The cleanliness issues extended beyond the room. The toilet in the sauna area was very dirty, and the Egyptian receptionist at the gym was rude and arrogant during our interaction. Overall, this hotel failed to meet basic cleanliness and customer service standards. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here."

"The beach is small, and breakfast mainly consisted of Indian porridges, various cheeses, and overly sweet pastries – not really to my taste. The air fresheners in the hotel were very overpowering; they had them running 24/7 in the hallways. Overall, it wasn't worth the price, and I'd say the Sheraton in Hurghada is a better option."

"On Yas Island, we stayed as two adults and one child, and they generously gave us three complimentary tickets, which made the room feel incredibly affordable. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes to all the theme parks and malls. If the price is right, this is definitely the top choice on Yas Island!"

"Firstly, the YAS bus was unreliable and did not follow the schedule as indicated. The hotel staff led us to wait for the YAS bus at a bus stop which was no longer in operation and after waiting for 30 mins we gave up and took a Careem instead. Stepping into the hotel, it felt like an extremely overpriced airport hotel. The amenities provided were just a vanity kit and a shower cap. No other amenities. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in Dubai which provided mouthwash, loofah, shaving kit etc. The room itself was small, no rain shower in the toilet and the bulb in the toilet light kept flashing. The hotel breakfast selection was limited, the only saving grace was the eggs benedict. Hotel gym is also small, we went during dinner where there was nobody and had a great workout there but can't imagine if there's more than 5 people in the gym due to the size of the gym. Steam room wasn't working by 7pm. Hotel came with 2 parks access for 2 days but still did not justify the price and the amenities in the room. The only thing I had no complains about was the service from the staff which was impeccable. The WhatsApp service from the concierge was also great as they responded almost immediately to help me with my things. For this price point I expected alot more which this hotel did not provide. I've stayed in motels with better amenities and really does not justify the $700 SGD per night price point."

"My stay at the Abu Dhabi Vogo Hotel (formerly The Westin) was consistently excellent, truly living up to its reputation as a seasoned luxury hotel. The outdoor pool is generously sized and complemented by landscaped gardens, creating a wonderful resort ambiance perfect for swimming or sunbathing. The lobby retains its original opulent decor, with high ceilings and exquisite details that exude a sense of luxury. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring both international and local specialties, and the dining environment is very elegant. The service throughout my stay was attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and both restaurant and room service were prompt and genuinely friendly, making for a great experience. However, some of the hotel's interior facilities show a bit of age. Overall, this stay met my expectations. "Facilities: While the hotel's facilities are quite basic for a Hilton property, with a very small gym and lobby, the rooms do have cooking amenities (though I didn't use them), and the sofa can be converted into a bed, which is a great feature. Service: The service was good, but there was very little tissue and shampoo in the room, and they ran out on the first day. Environment: The hotel environment is average, but the upside is its close proximity to WB, which is very convenient."

"This hotel is perfect for a stay in Abu dhabi. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and catering staff accommodated me being vegan. They gave me a selection of vegan options every morning. We ate at two restaurants in the hotel, Indigo (indian) and Prego (Italian) both were very nice. The hotel is attached to Abu Dhabi mall which was vegan convenient having a toddler with us, many child friendly places in the mall. The hotel also has a baby pool and kids play room which was nice. Overall really happy with the stay, excellent hotel in a great location. Definitely recommend staying here."
