Great value for money! The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The breakfast spread is quite varied, with a different Asian main dish offered daily, which is a nice touch. It's very Chinese-friendly here. The nearby Lulu supermarket is convenient for shopping. Plus, there's a shuttle stop at the hotel for Yas Island, and it's never too crowded, making it easy to get to the theme parks. The shuttle timing works perfectly for a two-park day trip.

If you want a hotel close to the airport this is a good choice. Check in was quick at 1am, although not at all informative and very un-IHG and almost rude. However all other staff were great anf thd room is large and quiet with everything you need and ghd breakfast is fantastic.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. Choosing the half-board option (breakfast and dinner included) saved a lot of time looking for places to eat. There are many dining options available, a barbershop downstairs, and the hotel also has a swimming pool and gym. Overall, the experience was great.

it's a very clean hotel and the room we had was super nice and they provided water every day. it has everything you need and you have buses and taxis next to the hotel.

Pros: Clean hotel. Average size room. Nice and big swimming pool. Depp as well. Good staff service. Has bathtub Cons: Too long queue in checkin. Took some time to check in. Layout of toilet and sink is inconvenient. Like one needs to touch everything (like handles), pass through the walkway before the guest can reach the sink.

1. The Comfort Room fully matches the photos. It's spacious with stylish, new furniture. The room was cleaned daily. There's a fridge and a water filter in the room. A drinking water filter is a must-have – no need for bottled water! There's a pleasant scent throughout the entire hotel, including the rooms. 2. Location. I only fully appreciated the excellent city-center location on the third day of my stay. Yes, taxis don't pull right up to the hotel entrance, but they stop nearby just around the corner. 3. The breakfasts were wonderful. An excellent continental breakfast with a good selection. 4. There's also a small gym, a sauna, and a spa area. I definitely recommend this hotel and I'm glad I ultimately chose it. Some reviews were a bit misleading.

We recently stayed at Sheraton Khalidiya for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money, with a convenient location, clean surroundings, and spacious rooms. The breakfast selection was also good and provided a nice start to the day. On the downside, sound insulation could be improved as we could hear noise from the upper floors. We also experienced some issues with the bathroom during our stay. The shower drainage was not working properly, causing water to accumulate, and the shower holder was loose, making it difficult to keep the showerhead in place without holding it. Despite these maintenance concerns, the hotel remains a comfortable option with friendly facilities, good breakfast, and spacious accommodations.

Staff are Help full. Check-in time they asked for king size bed but when i enter room seeing Twin bed then i go back and tell them and they said sorry FOR that which is fine then they assign 802 ok its also strugling on AC nice and good and mid night we noticed they make King size bed with twins 🤭🤭

The front desk is tiny, and so is the lobby. The Starbucks in the lobby is actually bigger than the front desk. I had to wait for a room inspection before checking out, which is something I haven't experienced in many years. The bathroom is really old-fashioned. The hairdryer and magnifying mirror are installed incredibly high – you'd need to be at least 180cm tall to use them comfortably. And to top it off, there were mosquitoes at night! I barely got any sleep.

What I can say about my stay at the Grand Villagio is that it is clean, the staff is nice and the service is good. I recommend this hotel to my friendsthis will definitely happened..
