4-Star Hotels in Abu Dhabi

Place is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

Good location and near the theme park , service is very good , English speaking staffs

Facilities: The lobby is on the L floor and features a Dine restaurant area and a self-service bar. There's a heated swimming pool and a BBQ bar on the 5th floor. Cleanliness: Very clean with attention to detail. Environment: The exhibition center is opposite the parking lot downstairs, and the hotel is very close to the Grand Mosque. If you're driving, there's a Carrefour just a five-minute drive away. Service: I'd say it was just okay. No one helped with my luggage upon check-in. The front desk was helpful in changing my king room to a double queen room, but the room was directly opposite the elevator, making it very noisy. The soundproofing in the room was poor; I was woken up several times each night over three nights by doors closing.

Stay for 10 days from jan 7 till Jan 24. Hotel location easy ascess to airport , mall .Within 20 mins drive . 10 mins walk to a restaurant community. Good parking , lift direct ascess to lobby . Mattress , pillow , duvet , shower pressure , laundry machine , full size refrigerator, small kitchen with microwave and oven . Good size room . No hesitation recommend to this hotel .

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately the experience was largely disappointing. Pros: • The location is genuinely good, close to the waterfront. • The room was spacious and generally clean. • Breakfast was decent. • The hotel provided breakfast as a compensation for noise issues. Major cons (deal-breaker): • The hotel has two nightclubs inside the building — one on the 2nd floor and another on the top floor. • The music is extremely loud. We could clearly hear and feel the bass on the 8th floor, while the club was located on the 16th. • We almost did not sleep at all during the first night. • It is honestly hard to understand how a hotel positions itself as a place to stay while operating nightclubs with this level of noise. • The nightclub crowd and overall atmosphere at night seriously damage the feeling of safety and comfort. • The lobby is very small and feels underwhelming. • The rooftop pool is pointless — very small and not suitable for real relaxation. Bottom line: This is not a hotel for rest or sleep. If you are sensitive to noise or expect a comfortable stay, avoid this place. It may only suit guests who come specifically for nightlife and do not plan to sleep.

Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been delay over 6 hours arrived Dubai international airport because of cyclones. We got the rental van drive 2 hours direct the hotel to catch up lost time, lucky we arrive hotel and check-in and just enough time to catch the breakfast before they close for the day. The food are very nice and good with many choice to choose. The room are very nice and clean.

The hotel room overlooked the villa area, offering a fantastic and expansive view. The club lounge was also excellent, helping to solve some of our meal needs. The staff were wonderful and very approachable; when we asked if there were rooms with larger windows, they kindly arranged one with a great view and a huge window for us. It was a superb experience! We'll definitely be back.

Booked a sea-view room with windows on two sides. The room was quite spacious, and they added an extra bed, which was very convenient for a family of three. There's a great fried chicken place not far downstairs, so dining was also super easy. It's not a long taxi ride to the Louvre, and there's a direct bus to Ferrari World. The beach is only about a ten-minute walk away, perfect for watching the sunset.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my two-night stay. I drove here, and the parking lot was free. I carried my luggage up myself; perhaps if I had parked at the front desk, there might have been a luggage service? I didn't try, so I don't know. 1️⃣ The room had no strange odors, and the bedding was very new and clean. I didn't find any hygiene issues in my room. 2️⃣ I recommend bringing your own showerhead to replace the hotel's; I felt the water pressure was insufficient and not comfortable for showering. The light above the bathroom sink was broken, making it a bit dim, but I didn't think it was a major problem. 3️⃣ Soundproofing probably depends on the location. We were right by the pool, so the singing and dancing at night were quite loud. Overall, good review. We didn't encounter any major problems and slept very well.

Swimming pool is heated which is fantastic to enjoy in the evening . Breakfast is amazing which huge variety of options such as western , Asian and Indian food. Sauna and gym are really good and very pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi. Front desk gentleman who checked us is was amazing , very helpful and kind . If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime . There is a shuttle bus to Yas Marina but it only pick the people at11:00 am which means arriving in the park afternoon and it will be crowded . Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa . Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai .
