GGuest UserPlace is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Aloft Abu Dhabi.
Mostly the stay was pleasant, except that we were put on a floor (given an upgrade, which was appreciated) with predominantly families and before breakfast or later in the evening/night it was noisy (people talking loudly, doors banging).
At breakfast would be great if things like alternate milk could be available, rather than asking, as not everyone can or likes drinking normal dairy milk, plus would be great to have all dishes named and main ingredients listed, so to give an idea about unfamiliar food.
Nice hotel, will recommend and consider again.

MMollyAbsolutely amazing! Especially during New Year's when hotel prices typically skyrocket, this one barely increased its rates, and the location is fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommend! Seriously, no lies from a fellow Chinese traveler.
**Amenities:** A bit dated, but everything is spotlessly clean.
**Cleanliness:** Super clean!
**Environment:** Downstairs, it's really close to Domino's, Tim Hortons, and Dunkin' Donuts! Plus, there are tons of small convenience stores.

GGuest UserA lovely staycation for myself. A quiet, clean hotel with excellent staff. The breakfast choices are good and the Cafe in the lobby has good coffee.
I was able to use the wifi successfully as I am working remotely (online teaching).
I liked my stay so much, I booked an extrar night.
Good location with access to public buses, taxis etc. The front desk was able to help me sign up for the free tickets for the ”Big 3” - Natural History museum, Louvre and Sheikh Zayed museum- a free shuttle bus is available.

GGuest UserFor its price, this hotel is really quite good. It's in the city center, has a pool, and the staff are friendly. However, if you're looking for a resort experience, the hotel's location can be a bit tricky to find because there's ongoing construction right in front, blocking the entrance, which makes it hard for taxis to locate. Plus, there's no shuttle bus, making travel to the airport and Yas Island very inconvenient. If you plan to visit Yas Island, I'd recommend taking a taxi to the first stop of the Yas Island shuttle bus's Downtown line, otherwise, it'll be full by the second stop. The cost of a round-trip taxi to Yas Island could easily pay for a stay at a much better hotel. Therefore, I suggest the hotel consider adding a shuttle bus service.

MMikhail SmirnoffWe stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately the experience was largely disappointing.
Pros:
• The location is genuinely good, close to the waterfront.
• The room was spacious and generally clean.
• Breakfast was decent.
• The hotel provided breakfast as a compensation for noise issues.
Major cons (deal-breaker):
• The hotel has two nightclubs inside the building — one on the 2nd floor and another on the top floor.
• The music is extremely loud. We could clearly hear and feel the bass on the 8th floor, while the club was located on the 16th.
• We almost did not sleep at all during the first night.
• It is honestly hard to understand how a hotel positions itself as a place to stay while operating nightclubs with this level of noise.
• The nightclub crowd and overall atmosphere at night seriously damage the feeling of safety and comfort.
• The lobby is very small and feels underwhelming.
• The rooftop pool is pointless — very small and not suitable for real relaxation.
Bottom line:
This is not a hotel for rest or sleep.
If you are sensitive to noise or expect a comfortable stay, avoid this place.
It may only suit guests who come specifically for nightlife and do not plan to sleep.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel room overlooked the villa area, offering a fantastic and expansive view. The club lounge was also excellent, helping to solve some of our meal needs. The staff were wonderful and very approachable; when we asked if there were rooms with larger windows, they kindly arranged one with a great view and a huge window for us. It was a superb experience! We'll definitely be back.

Ttomptchung1947Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been delay over 6 hours arrived Dubai international airport because of cyclones. We got the rental van drive 2 hours direct the hotel to catch up lost time, lucky we arrive hotel and check-in and just enough time to catch the breakfast before they close for the day. The food are very nice and good with many choice to choose. The room are very nice and clean.

AAlleneThe hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside.
The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.
