XXiaoguniangPros:
1. The room was nice and spacious, with a large bathtub. A very comfortable soak.
2. The balcony had a clothes drying rack, and the pool and sea view were beautiful.
3. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Although there wasn't any Chinese food, it was generally very good. The pastry section was especially good. The freshly baked bread was fragrant, and the croissants were amazing.
4. The hotel has several pools, but this is standard on Saadiyat Island.
5. The toiletries were LE LABO, which I liked. Many hotels use BYREDO and Aqua, which I dislike because they smell unpleasant. LE LABO was fine.
6. Aside from the Valet parking lot, the overall service was good.
Cons:
1. The floors were poorly soundproofed. I could hear people talking in the hallway from my room.
2. The shower was open and next to the bathtub, so water splashed everywhere.
3. The hotel was undergoing renovations during the off-season, and the noise was noisy in the mornings.
4. The Valet parking lot service was poor. My car just pulled up and parked there. No one came to greet me, and no one helped me with my luggage.
5. The gym looked large, but it had very little equipment. There were no squat racks.

① Location: It's about a 10-15 AED taxi ride from the Grand Mosque. There are taxis readily available downstairs, and the staff will help you hail one if you ask. I found these to be cheaper than ride-sharing apps like Uber.
② Room Facilities: Clean and tidy, with excellent hardware and software, including hot water. The hotel also has a private beach, and many people were sunbathing there.
③ Overall Service: Excellent. The front desk kindly upgraded our room and was very enthusiastic about explaining all the services the hotel offers. It's a shame we didn't have time to experience the abra (water taxi) for sightseeing.

XXiaogongzhudemamaI can't recommend this Shangri-La enough! The hotel is directly opposite the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque 🕌. The evening sunset, with the mosque visible across the water, creates an absolutely breathtaking view! While I've witnessed countless sunsets in many places, this one still managed to leave a truly profound impression on me! We were traveling as a family and had booked two rooms. One room had a good view, but the other was unfortunately facing a rocky, undeveloped area. After discussing this with the front desk, the staff member, while not overtly warm, was responsive to our questions. The issue was then escalated to a manager who swiftly offered a satisfactory solution: an upgrade to a suite! The view and spaciousness of the suite were truly unbeatable! Considering the price we paid through Ctrip, it offered incredible value for money.

5594yunThe room is spacious, and the balcony directly overlooks the Presidential Palace and the Palace Hotel. It's very convenient to go and have coffee at the Jinbo Coffee. The night view is stunning. Service: They provided a free extra bed. Towels are available at both the pool and the beach, and the water is warm and soft.

Breakfast area is overly packed during busy period, awfully managed - feel like a sardine. Good multi cuisine breakfast options.
Small supermarket about 10 mins walk which is ideal.

GGuest UserPlace is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

TThe Travel GuyAmazing stay! Staffs are all very polite and friendly. Intensive care of each guest by remembering our names every time arriving at the hotel.
Room was facing the pool with balcony which it was really nice to have this view. The lobby was soooo beautiful and it always smells good like all other ritz Carlton.
Breakfast was good but the Doha Ritz Carlton was slightly nicer.
Very clean room and it doesn’t feel like the age of the hotel. Daily cleaning also great.
Highly recommend to try the Lebanese restaurant in the hotel. Nice food nice shisha and excellent service. We went twice during outstay. Specially shout out to Ransit he looked after us so well each time.
Right opposite of the white mosque which it was beautiful but if you are looking for loads of shops and restaurants this isn’t the case. For us we liked the quietness and we uber everywhere easily from the hotel

RRicky_CThe Emirate Palace Mandarin Oriental Hotel in the Abu Dhabi is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. I want to take pictures of every detail 😅. The bed and pillows are just right – nice and firm for me, while the bathrobe is super soft. The service at this so-called 8-star hotel is truly excellent. On the day of check-in, I didn't pick up my room, but I could still use the hotel facilities. The staff are very attentive; they even brought me a towel at the beach because they were worried I might feel cold. The Mandarin Oriental really guarantees a great experience. It’s much better than the Burj Al Arab. The beach is beautiful, the night views are stunning, but just touring the hotel took a long time 😂. The gold-flaked coffee is really just for the Instagram post; it’s nothing special. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide variety.

GGuest UserBeautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great.
The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient. Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip.com advertising with new pictures etc.
