The hygiene is very good and the sea view room is very beautiful.
The hotel is very large and it doesn't feel crowded.
Breakfast is open until 1pm, which is very considerate.
The Japanese restaurant next to the beach, the chef Nelson and the waiter Ros are very good.

DD. VerweijAnother Wonderful Stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi!
This was our third stay at the Conrad Abu Dhabi, and once again it was an amazing experience! Initially, we were placed in the apartments as an “upgrade,” but we quickly realised we much prefer the Deluxe rooms. The staff were very accommodating and made the change which we really appreciated.
The buffet breakfast and dinner were top-notch in both quality and variety. Even though the hotel was quite busy due to autumn breaks, the entire team worked incredibly hard to ensure every guest was happy and well taken care of.
A special mention goes to Tinto, who stood out with his genuine service-minded attitude, he truly made us feel welcome. Monica, the Assistant Director of Guest Relations, deserves special praise. She is a true professional, warm, attentive and someone who clearly understands what excellent hospitality means.
One point for improvement would be to forbid the water scooter rental next door. The noise can be quite disturbing and it doesn’t fit with the otherwise peaceful and luxurious atmosphere of the resort, not to mention its environmental impact.
We already look forward to coming back next year for a longer stay. The Conrad Abu Dhabi continues to be one of our favourite places to relax and feel pampered!

MMoha AOur experience at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island was outstanding in every way. Travelling as a group of three, we were delighted to receive an early check-in alongside a complimentary room upgrade, which made settling in comfortable and seamless. The room itself was spacious, luxurious, and spotless, with all the modern amenities and views you would expect from a five-star property.
The biggest highlight of our stay was receiving complimentary tickets to Yas Island’s iconic theme parks—Warner Bros. World, Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi—one for each day of our stay. Getting these tickets added amazing value, with easy collection at check-in and hassle-free entry to the parks—no need to pre-book, just scan and go. We especially loved the convenience of a free shuttle service, making it simple to visit the parks and return when we wished.
Staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making our experience memorable. From prompt housekeeping to concierge support, every team member took care to personalize our visit and ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and the pool and recreational facilities, while busy, were well-maintained and enjoyable.
Overall, our Hilton experience combined five-star comfort, thoughtful perks, and unbeatable access to Yas Island’s world-class attractions. The upgrade, early check-in, and free theme park tickets truly set this stay apart. Highly recommended, especially for families or groups looking to enjoy Abu Dhabi’s best entertainment in style.

KKaren Elizabeth BiowI love this hotel it's the second time I've stayed here and it's the bargain of the century. Breakfast simply in a word is fantastic. Views stunning staff flawless. I am the fussiest person on earth and I love this hotel. I think we paid $126 a night after taxes with two breakfasts. Breakfast was worth $50 a person. Don't expect any pork products but other than that this place is flawless. Pool is stunning and heated in the winter. Room is huge. Bathrooms I could live without someone else watching me shower because there is a piece of glass in front for a door that is see-through. I guess if you're with your mate and not your friend it's exciting to watch somebody take a bath or shower. The toilet is separate luckily so nobody has to watch you do that. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is very helpful and every person that works at the front desk is like a personal concierge. I booked this place for $99 half board in the summer but it's frightfully hot I couldn't leave I stayed an extra 4 days I stayed at this hotel for 8 days about a year and a half ago as well. This hotel is absolutely perfect!

KKawinradaThis is my second time staying at this hotel, and the service remains excellent! If you're driving, the staff offers valet parking, though there is a daily fee of 25. The rooms are good and even come with a washing machine. Both the housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, everything was great, but there's no pool on-site. We had to use the pool at another hotel. Despite this, my overall experience was very positive.

*Location is good, along busy street, lots of restaurants and stores around (currently under renovation around the property.
*Room had adequate space, noticeable smell upon entering, smelling old room but looks clean and presentable.
* Restaurant had good varieties, nice food. I enjoyed the miso soup.
* Outdoor pool, pretty decent but too hot to swim so we used the bathtub inside the room to refresh.
