"This is a wonderful hotel with the most caring staff. "The room was quite clean, though a bit small. There were no toiletries provided at all. Getting around was not very convenient, but then again, transportation in Abu Dhabi in general isn't very convenient. The only public transport option is taxis, which are very expensive. A taxi to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque costs around 60 RMB."

"The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. However, at first there was only one large towel in the room. I called to request more, but it took some time and I had to call again before receiving them. After the cleaning, no fresh towels were provided either. Parking was excellent — the valet service was always on time and very well organized. Compliments to the team!"

"It was a lovely stay for my anniversary, the welcome was really warm, and the special anniversary arrangements added more spice for the special occasion. A lovely chocolate moose cake, and a sweet red rose petals with towels gooses on the bed! That was really cool. The dinner was great alongside with the breakfast. Pools also with the beach were amazing.

"The hotel was clean and tidy, and the pool was quite kid-friendly, with a section where even younger children could stand as it was 0.9m deep. The hotel's space was also quite good, and my whole family was very satisfied. The breakfast selection was just okay, and the taste was subjective."

DD. VerweijAnother Wonderful Stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi!
This was our third stay at the Conrad Abu Dhabi, and once again it was an amazing experience! Initially, we were placed in the apartments as an “upgrade,” but we quickly realised we much prefer the Deluxe rooms. The staff were very accommodating and made the change which we really appreciated.
The buffet breakfast and dinner were top-notch in both quality and variety. Even though the hotel was quite busy due to autumn breaks, the entire team worked incredibly hard to ensure every guest was happy and well taken care of.
A special mention goes to Tinto, who stood out with his genuine service-minded attitude, he truly made us feel welcome. Monica, the Assistant Director of Guest Relations, deserves special praise. She is a true professional, warm, attentive and someone who clearly understands what excellent hospitality means.
One point for improvement would be to forbid the water scooter rental next door. The noise can be quite disturbing and it doesn’t fit with the otherwise peaceful and luxurious atmosphere of the resort, not to mention its environmental impact.
We already look forward to coming back next year for a longer stay. The Conrad Abu Dhabi continues to be one of our favourite places to relax and feel pampered!

KKawinradaThis is my second time staying at this hotel, and the service remains excellent! If you're driving, the staff offers valet parking, though there is a daily fee of 25. The rooms are good and even come with a washing machine. Both the housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, everything was great, but there's no pool on-site. We had to use the pool at another hotel. Despite this, my overall experience was very positive.

*Location is good, along busy street, lots of restaurants and stores around (currently under renovation around the property.
*Room had adequate space, noticeable smell upon entering, smelling old room but looks clean and presentable.
* Restaurant had good varieties, nice food. I enjoyed the miso soup.
* Outdoor pool, pretty decent but too hot to swim so we used the bathtub inside the room to refresh.

However, the location isn’t the best, the only nearby attraction is the corniche. The breakfast was mid, the hotel is filled with night clubs which in turn means loud music at night, but it wasn’t anything crazy for my experience.
The hotel doesn’t have a gym or a pool, so it’s a bit lacking in the facilities they provide. But overall a decent and affordable place to stay in Abu Dhabi.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel knowing we wouldn't spend a lot of time in it and it would be a place to sleep. We found the things we wanted to see in Abu Dhabi were pretty spread out but this was central enough to it all. The hotel is located about 30 minutes from Zayed International Airport and Yas Island and about 15 minutes away from the Saadiyat Cultural District with all its museums and the Galleria area. There are some dining options and smaller stores nearby but it is a short drive away from some better options.
We booked a room with a king bed and had a good stay in it. The room was small but considering the price we felt it was well appointed with a mini fridge, coffee/tea station, small TV and a closet. The pillows were pretty comfy and we felt we had a good night's rest when we stayed. We booked a non smoking room and so did our cousin but it seems that despite what our booking website showed the smoking is allowed in many of the rooms. They did spray our room with a deodorizer before we got in and we felt it helped. There are enough plugs throughout the rooms and there was enough lighting even though it only came from the table side lamps. The area is very active and late into the night and my wife found it a bit noisy, had issues sleeping and needed to use ear plugs but I found it was quiet enough and had no issues falling asleep each night. We didn't need AC during our stay in February because our room was the right temperature for us but there was a thermostat on the wall.
The bathroom had lots of room and a good sized bath tub. The shower felt great and offered good pressure and plenty of steam. They had shower gel, shampoo and body lotion that are restocked each day. The ventilation could have been a bit stronger because the condensation from our steamy showers left the floor damp. Thankfully there is daily housekeeping to help with this issue.
There aren't any amenities at this hotel other than a small business centre. There are some restaurants nearby to grab a quick bite but we had to drive a bit to go to places we wanted to try. The parking nearby is all paid but is free between 11:00pm-8:00am and we were lucky our first night getting a spot right in front of the hotel with Unais' help but the second night we had to park about a block away. Parking costs 2 AED per hour but there are special rates for longer stays like 24 hours.
We felt this hotel was convenient for our stay in Abu Dhabi because we didn't want to spend a lot on a place we wouldn't spend much time in. This met our needs perfectly.
