GGuest UserThis hotel is located within the Etihad Towers complex, famous as a filming location for 'Fast & Furious 7.' It offers stunning views of the eight-star Emirates Palace Hotel and the Presidential Palace, especially from the hotel's 74th-floor observation deck, which provides a beautiful 360-degree panorama of Abu Dhabi. The lobby features a high-ceiling design and live piano music in the evenings, creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The large pool connects directly to the beach, with two or three restaurants conveniently located nearby, adding to the comfort.
The guest rooms are situated on higher floors and are quite spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea and the buildings across the way.
The service is warm and meticulous. Staff proactively greet you and are always ready to help with luggage or call a taxi. They truly strive to assist with any request you might have.
Walking to the Presidential Palace takes about 15 to 20 minutes, which was very convenient for us, being seniors.
The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. Highlights include fresh-squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, propolis, and a DIY chocolate skewer station, which was fantastic.
The hotel's Italian restaurant serves authentic cuisine. The pizzas, baked fresh in a stone oven, were exceptionally delicious (unaffected by the strong flavors sometimes found in Middle Eastern cuisine). We ended up dining there twice.

SSam.TOur family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel.
Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties.
On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed.
Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

AAnonymous UserI was hesitant after reading some reviews, but decided to give it a try. The hotel isn't far from the bus station, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also quite extensive, and the staff were quick and responsive. The hostess at the restaurant was very friendly. The water pressure in the room was decent, but it was a bit tricky to control the hot and cold water – it was either scalding hot or too cold, making it hard to find the right temperature. No need for a travel adapter, the hotel provides them. The room was spacious and felt very regal. There's an airport shuttle stop less than 3 minutes away. My only real complaint is that the hotel needs to better manage guest behavior. Today, I saw a woman in a headscarf washing her feet in the sink in the LG restroom. The staff tried to talk to her, but she ignored them. Guests like that should really be blacklisted.

The staff were truly accommodating and attentive throughout my entire stay. They went out of their way to ensure any requests were handled promptly and courteously, making the overall experience smooth and genuinely pleasant. This high level of service is definitely the property's strongest asset.
Regarding the accommodations, the room was perfectly decent and functional. It provided everything needed for a comfortable city stay, including fast, reliable WiFi and a good, strong shower. All the necessary amenities were present, such as complimentary bottled water and the other basics you expect, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable environment.

GGuest UserBeautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great.
The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient. Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip.com advertising with new pictures etc.

LLeny NinguiThe hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room .
To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell
The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well.
The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained.
Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant.
I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival .
It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.

AAlleneThe hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside.
The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserI have a nice stay at Al Diar Mina Hotel, room are large friendly staff.
The only thing is there is no parking but around you can find public one at 2aed/HR or 15/day, Public free from 12 to 8pm. After 10pm is not easy to get parking unless is a bit far.
