The hotel is not bad. You can see small animals when you walk out of the hotel. The bed in the room is also very comfortable to sleep on. Although the zoo is not particularly large, there are indeed many animals in it. It is still recommended if you bring children.

It's really a special experience to live in the zoo. I also got a ticket to the zoo. I had a lot of fun playing there and it's very cost-effective. It’s so fun to see deer when you open the door~

Had a transfer of 21 hours so decided to book this hotel to rest a bit before my next flight. Very close to T3. Surprisingly, this hotel is inside a Zoo park. They gave us free Zoo tickets when checked in, so it was a very nice time. Swimming pool included.
Staff very helpfull, front desk very polite. Room was big and clean, the bed extra soft, AC was working perfectly. Overall a very good experience!

I've stayed here several times, it's very suitable for relaxing and walking the baby, children like it very much, adults are not tired, the service is very good, the bed should be 2m, it is very big, two adults and two children can sleep on a big bed, new addition After entering the Goldfish Pavilion, there is a free animal show at 6 o'clock

The place is good for families to enjoy zoo activities while staying in this property.
Cleanliness wise it’s not the best as you are in a zoo.
But was an existing experience with the family for one night

A lovely stay with a fantastic team of staff. They’ve made it very special for my children for three visits now. The rooms are comfortable and clean; staff are amazing. Highly recommended for any families travelling with small kids - all will have a great time.

Awful experience! we paid 1200 dirhams for room, but breakfast not included. Feeding of giraffes also not included. You can’t do it from your personal area!! The one options like for all visitors of zoo (but payment 50 dirhams) , you go to feeding to common area where a lot of people. Small pocket of leaves cost 16 dirhams. So I absolutely don’t recommend to stay in hotel. You don’t any benefits for this money. Breakfast with giraffes cost extra 2100 Dirhams. Rooms also have questions with water in toilet and bathroom and very loud air conditioner About zoo - it’s very sad to watch a lot of animals in their small areas. It’s not a care of animals , it’s mockery. Restaurant also don’t recommend. Not tasty and bad food.

Excellent hotel for a few days stay. Fast check in, friendly stuff specially thanks for Kapil. Firstly our room was a basic dated room,but after a fast swap and upgrade we got a much better and bigger room with a separate living room for a reasonable price. The hotel has a heated pool for kids so was nice for my little girl to enjoy. The hotel is next to the Zoo with a free entry. Overall we had a great time, but don't choose the basic room. It's perfect stay for family who like to visit a Zoo and stay for few days. Stuff friendly from the guards to the room service so we recommend this hotel and we will visit again in a few years. Thank you for the great time and great service!

We have been really taken care of here . The place is amazing with so many facilities. My daughter is non verbal and has really been looked after . The zoo is amazing. The animas are really looked after . The reception staff are lovely and everybody has gone out of their way to be nice and helpful. Selection of resteraunts , arcade kids never bored
