The dining area has a TV, and while the toilet and bathroom are outside, they are fully equipped. The kitchen and laundry facilities are on the same floor. The front desk staff were very friendly and explained the facilities and rooms in detail; the front desk is open 24 hours a day. The women's room is located on a floor entirely populated by women, so it feels very safe. Additionally, due to cultural requirements, shoes must be left outside the room door.

The location is very good in abu dhabi city, the staff, i didn't interact much with them just during the check in and out, they were welcoming. From a parking perspective it was a horrible experience, it is a paid parking spot and if you come after 7 am, you will suffer to find a close by parking, most of the area is a resident parking area, therefore, you will be fined and your car might be towed as well as per the roles the room furniture was old and didn't match the rate i paid for although my room was upgraded to suit.
