BBulilannafoliguiI woke up early, opened the balcony door, and saw the sunrise! It was perfectly positioned on the roller coaster track.
My English isn't great, and I arrived in the evening, but thankfully the building security guard was smiling, patient, and friendly throughout. He even called a colleague to help with communication. He helped me speak with the manager on the phone, personally guided me through opening the door, escorted me upstairs, and showed me how to enter the key and get the password. The landlord kept in touch via text message afterwards, and everything went very smoothly. The landlord was very patient and attentive!
The room was fully equipped!
The complex is a 10-minute walk from Warner Bros. (left), WaterWorld is just across the street (middle), and Ferrari World is a 20-minute walk (right). There's a coffee shop and an Italian restaurant downstairs. There's also a branch of this restaurant near Mamsha Beach on Satyarte Island, and it always has a queue.

OOlgaArtStayed for one night. The room was spacious. The pillows were very comfortable. There's a pool, but we didn't have time to swim; we just went up and had a look. Everything was available at breakfast. There's a large shopping mall nearby. Getting to any place from the hotel is very convenient.

Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well soundproofed, with soft bedding. The 24-hour front desk provides attentive service, and breakfast, though simple, is hot and fresh. It's a great value-for-money transit hotel, especially recommended for early morning flights or late-night arrivals.

11355174****Breakfast was an additional 50 AED, which was great value for money. The room was standard. The location is relatively close to the Grand Mosque. It's very convenient to get a taxi from the hotel, as there's always a row of taxis waiting right outside the entrance.

GGuest UserIf you're visiting Abu Dhabi for sightseeing, I don't recommend this hotel. It's located in an industrial area with nothing to walk around and all the attractions are very far away. You'd have to rely solely on taxis or public transport (which takes at least an hour and a half) to get anywhere. The hotel itself is very good with wonderful staff; the service is top-notch and they fulfill any request instantly. It's about a 30-minute drive to the airport.

CCos06Well the room that was given to me at the beginning was very claustrophobic while I decided to have a bath and the water heater failed to work. I asked the engineer to come and check it and after 2 attempts it could not be fixed hence the hotel changed my room and gave me a good room. The location of the hotel is great and it’s accessible to many public locations and it’s at the downtown area. The central bus station is just 4mins away by car and walking about 13mins. The reception was very helpful at all times.

GGuest UserI made a last-minute booking for a one-night stay, arriving late, so I was a bit worried since there wasn't much information about the accommodation. However, the manager on the first floor was very kind and helpful. The room itself was quite spacious and clean. It was convenient having restaurants and supermarkets open late nearby, and being on a main road, there were always people around. There's even an ATM right across the street. After checking out, I asked if I could store my luggage, and they kindly let me leave it in an empty room in the middle of the building, which was a huge relief and allowed me to explore freely. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a short stay!

GGuest UserI have a nice stay at Al Diar Mina Hotel, room are large friendly staff.
The only thing is there is no parking but around you can find public one at 2aed/HR or 15/day, Public free from 12 to 8pm. After 10pm is not easy to get parking unless is a bit far.
