MM287621****Overall, my stay was great and I'd definitely recommend it.
**Location:** The hotel is centrally located, right by a subway entrance, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions and shopping areas.
**Facilities:** The room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept really well. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water.
**Service:** The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was efficient. They were also quick to respond whenever I had an issue.
**A small suggestion:** It would be perfect if the in-room Wi-Fi signal were a bit stronger. I would consider staying here again!

GGuest UserThe staff was really nice and helpful, and breakfast was tasty, but the room might be cleaner (dirty carpet, sticky floor and dirty chairs) and pillows might be more comfortable ;) the most important - bed was clean and fresh :) Hotel has a good location, basically I would recommend it, if you are looking for good place with a reasonable price :)

HHaniya’sA pleasant surprise. Service was good. Location is good, Lulu freshfood and few other shops couple of minutes away. The hotel is undergoing renovation and we had new modern design rooms. I can warmly recommend this hotel. Location is good, next to a park and quiet location. I will book again when I visit in Abu Dhabi. Extremely clean. I found nothing that I could complain about!

IIvan_LCXHad a transfer of 21 hours so decided to book this hotel to rest a bit before my next flight. Very close to T3. Surprisingly, this hotel is inside a Zoo park. They gave us free Zoo tickets when checked in, so it was a very nice time. Swimming pool included.
Staff very helpfull, front desk very polite. Room was big and clean, the bed extra soft, AC was working perfectly. Overall a very good experience!

LLeny NinguiThe hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room .
To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell
The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well.
The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained.
Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant.
I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival .
It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.

GGuest UserIf you're visiting Abu Dhabi for sightseeing, I don't recommend this hotel. It's located in an industrial area with nothing to walk around and all the attractions are very far away. You'd have to rely solely on taxis or public transport (which takes at least an hour and a half) to get anywhere. The hotel itself is very good with wonderful staff; the service is top-notch and they fulfill any request instantly. It's about a 30-minute drive to the airport.

GGuest UserThe location is great, about a 20-minute taxi ride to both the Louvre and the Grand Mosque. It's also right next to Abu Dhabi's main bus station, which is convenient for trips to Dubai. The room was a good size – not too big, not too small. Although the facilities are a bit dated, they were clean, and the area around the hotel was quite quiet. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, so if you don't want to venture far, you can just eat there. Just a heads-up: you need to turn on a switch for the hot water, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers or toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own.

NNadiaVThe apartments are very beautiful and spacious. They have washing machines in the rooms, a stove, a microwave, etc. Please note, there's no hairdryer or slippers. I stayed in December, and even though it was +20°C outside, I froze in the room. The AC unit couldn't blow warm air, so it was really cold. Otherwise, everything was great. They didn't charge for cleaning, but I also didn't leave anything dirty. The administrator, Vishnu, was always available and quickly helped with everything.
P.S. It's not visible in the photos, but there's also a separate bedroom to the left with a large bed and a wardrobe.

GGuest UserNice hotel for its price for 1 night stay. Location is quite close to Louvre, which was my point of interest in Abu Dhabi. Though it's far from airport & Grand Mosque (1 h by bus). There is a supermarket nearby. My room was quite spacious, but windows dirty & impossible to open (only air conditioning to cool down the room), also very strange window in the bathroom with pigeon (see photo)) but overall clean (except the curtains and hole on the blacket). Fridge & teapot working, though a bit old. Shower gel, etc provided. Hot water without problems. I had breakfast, there were omlette, vegetables, fruit, desserts, smth fried - ok to eat & go. Quick wifi. But it seems like there is a nightclub in the hotel, I heard a bit of music late at night & sound of the road in front (though my room was on 11 floor). I was very tired so it didn't stop me from sleeping well)
