The decoration of the hotel is old and the sanitation is not very good. The service is okay. There will be no bonus points for traveling. I booked 2 room types due to the discount and had to check in twice. I had to pay extra to upgrade one of the room types to a double suite. When I walked in, it smelled very old. There was no plug at the bedside and the bedside lamp was easily hit by the design. Reasonable and the toiletries are comparable to those of a fast hotel. The only advantage is that the sea view and lobby are pretty. I didn’t go to the beach, but the Grand Hyatt looks better from upstairs.
