The reason I chose this hotel at the time was that it was new and opened in 2018. Compared to the St Regis and Park Hyatt on the left and right, which were both opened in 2011. Rotana is a local high-end hotel brand in the United Arab Emirates. There is indeed a certain gap between the service level and the international brands. For example, the facial expressions when facing guests, the overall breakfast arrangement, and the meal collection process need to be improved. Moreover, the check-in service this time was really bad. I booked a room with a sea view and a lounge, but the hotel received information about a room with a garden view without a lounge. It took two hours to find Ctrip on site to resolve the issue. , in the end I don’t know whether it was the hotel or Ctrip’s problem.

The hotels provides bad information about All-inclusive package. Limited meals and beverages are provided only, for another choice you have to pay. the common answer from waiters" Sir, this is not in your package" . In the restaurants you have to choice via la carte( one salad+ one main meal)

This property is supppeerrrbbbb. I don’t know how to put my feelings in words towards this hotel but it is simply AMAZING!!! The food, room, services. The seaside and alll. They are pricey but it is all worth it. Their pool bar sent me chills. Oh Gosh, I miss this place and would love to stay their foreverrer. Sunset is so magical with the beach’s waves. How can I ever forget this experience.

Magnifique endroit , dépaysement total , la plus belle plage d’Abu dhabi et une piscine dans un décor calme et reposant . Remerciements à kokou pour son accueil à la piscine , à abdulman pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils . Une équipe chaleureuse qui fait que tout est réuni pour passer un bon moment Magnificent place, total change of scenery, the most beautiful beach in Abu Dhabi and a swimming pool in a quiet and relaxing setting. Thanks to kokou for his welcome at the pool, to abdulman for his kindness and advice. A warm team that makes everything together to have a good time
