Great facilities, pool and beach access. The beach is amazing especially the waves and beautiful sunset. Food was good there are many varieties as well. Full board was a good choice. Food and drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic are free and unlimited. You will definitely enjoy.

Хотела оставить отзыв об отеле Риксос Премимум Саадият 😇 Это наш четвёртый визит в отель, мы ездили в 2019 году, 2022,2023 и 2024! За эти годы отель ни чуть не изменился. Море шикарное, его называют ( арабскими Мальдивами) в ресторане еда очень разнообразная и вкусная, рикси клуб для детей большой, аниматоры очень хорошие👍 Все чисто, аккуратно! Lifeguard отлично выполняют свою работу 🙏 Следят очень внимательно! Хотелось отметить работника Santosh( lifeguard) Спасибо ему! Мы его знаем на протяжении двух лет😊 Отдельное спасибо менеджерам ресепшн Rohit, Beni, Marc -очень дружелюбные, отзывчивые работники и конечно же профессионалы своего дела ( у нас была проблема в ванне, вода не стекала, Rohit в ту же минуту решил все 🙏 Thank u very much!!! Обязательно вернёмся 🙌🙌🙌 Риксос Садият нам стал вторым домом 😀

We have only been here for one night so far and we are staying for 12 nights. We find some of the reviews to be self opinionated and are not very helpful in terms of what others require in a hotel. So far we have not seen any of the issues regarding what other people have said about the hotel or the quests, everything seems fine and we are happy with the way things are going. We will review later on in our visit.h

Great place 😍 our stay at Rixos in Abu Dhabi was amazing! Manager Olhastood out in particular, her care and attention made our stay incredibly comfortable and friendly. We will definitely return! The hotel's amenities options, were top-notch, making our vacation even more enjoyable and relaxing. The staff’s hospitality was unparalleled.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Все прекрасно в отеле, отель очень понравился. Вкусные рестораны, разнообразные. Красивый пляж. Отличный сервис. Маленькие нюансы лишь для пятизвездочного отеля, не хватило кофе машины в номере и бокалов для вина и минусы мини бара. Днем хотелось выпить чашку кофе в прохладном номере. Т к на улице жарко. А вечером в том же прохладном номере бокал вина, но бокалы отсутствовали, как и вино в мини баре. Это не портило конечно все прелести отеля, но в 5 звездах, могло бы присутствовать. И жаль что вечером, после ужина, нет возможности прогуляться по пляжу, т к он закрыт. И бар у пляжа, закрывали в 18.00. И отсутствовала возможность насладиться любованием звездами на шезлонге у моря, или морским вечерним бризом после жаркого дня.

В целом отель отличный! Хорошая кухня, отличный сервис на всех уровнях обслуживания, НО!, 13 мая утром наши дети поняли, что потеряли детскую лейку. Мы, в принципе, не придали этому значения, но, на всякий случай, спросили у работника бассейна, об этом. Он тут же показал нам фото нашей пропажи и сказал, что на ресепшен мы можем нашу утрату получить. ЕЩЁ РАЗ: ДЕЛО НЕ В ЛЕЙКЕ, А В ОТНОШЕНИИ К ГОСТЯМ. Теперь по таймингу: 9:15 утра(примерно) моя жена обращается на ресепшен. Ответ: нужно подождать какое то время. ОК. В течение дня мы 3 или 4 раза подходили, как дураки, на ресепшен и всякий раз слышали какие то тупые отмазки. Когда мы пошли на ужин, ответ ресепшен не изменился- ждем ответа службы находок. Я уже вскипел и спросил: « Вы в Дубай детские игрушки отправляете?». Ответа не было. ЧЕРЕЗ 10 МИНУТ Я ВЕРНУЛСЯ НА РЕСЕПШЕН И ПОТРЕБОВАЛ МЕНЕДЖЕРА и, о чудо, он достал нашу лейку из под стойки!!!! После этого менеджер пытался объяснить мне как сложно ему жить и работать. Но!!!! Я хочу, чтобы Любовь, Ольга и Pradeep Bijwan, смена 13 мая 2024 года, получили урок за свинское отношение к гостям.

Второй год подряд отдыхаю здесь и убеждаюсь, что сервис делают люди! Прекрасная команда отеля! Вкусная еда, роскошное море! Обожаю! Отель очень красивый, персонал замечательный, всегда помогут, подскажут и все сделают:) John из housekeeping супер, помогал мне со всеми просьбами, убирал быстро, четко и в удобное время! Да вообще, все отлично:)

The hotel itself was lovely , we had a one bedroom suite it was amazing so spacious couldn’t fault it , My only qualm is that I didn’t feel like I was in Abu Dhabi , I missed the service and cleanliness of other 5* hotels that I’ve stayed at mainly in Dubai! ie the toilets a few times they were blocked and not clean, this would never happen in the other hotels I stayed at which was a shame Food in turquoise was very repetitive Mermaid plain , not much choice Orient . Didn’t like at all !! Couldn’t fault the staff either! but I just didn’t get the feel of being in Abu Dhabi felt like I was in Türkiye ,

Самы лучший Отель в OAE для семейного отдыха. Очередной раз провели семейный отдых в нашем любимом отеле Rixos Saadiyat premium island. Мы уже тут в четвертый раз, отель как всегда на высшем уровне. Как всегда встречают нас самые доброжелательные и приятные сотрудники отеля на рецецшене, хочу отметить Duty manager Mahmoud Elsrougi профессионал своего дела, всегда идет на встречу. Номер взяли семейный двухкомнатный, я с супругой с тремя детьми и няней, разместились все очень удобно. Море просто супер, кто был на мальдивах найдет очень большое сходство, так как остров саадият является запаведной в море практически нет водного транспорта. С лежаками никогда не было проблем, обслуживание на пляже супер 👍, официанты всегда на подхвате, бар на пляже тоже всегда все есть и вне ограниченном количестве, напитки все премиальные начиная с вода Санпелегрино. Есть свежие фрукты, для этого у них отдельный бар на пляже). Что касается еды в общем ресторане в е очень вкусно и много разнообразия, есть почти все). Почти каждый ужин проводили в ресторанах алякард, прекрасное обслуживание 👍, блюда все на высоте. В общем Ricos держит марку. Наш рейс перенесли на поздний вечер, отель нам предоставил номер до 20:00 так как мы с маленькими детьми, большое спасибо ☺️ .
