Добрый день! Хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями от пребывания в Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. Я очень рада, что из всего многообразия отелей на Саадият выбрала именно этот. Год назад была здесь же в St. Regis, так что выбор локации был абсолютно осознанным. Поскольку я живу в мегаполисе, для меня гармония с окружающей средой и отсутствие высотной застройки было приоритетным при выборе отеля. Мой опыт пребывания в отеле 100% положительный. У меня были проблемы с агрегатором, через который я бронировала отель, поскольку сервис, который был указан при бронировании и оплате не совпал с тем, что отель смог подтвердить при заселении. Но, благодаря очень чуткой, отзывчивой и прекрасной Инессе Ивлеевой, возникшая проблема была решена максимально оперативно. Я буквально влюбилась в банную линию Amouage, представленную в отеле. Это бренд, который в полной мере соответствует высокому классу премиум уровня отеля. Вы можете приобрести любой аксессуар для личного пользования. Теперь волшебный аромат Amouage будет напоминать мне о незабываемых моментах времени, проведённых в Jumeirah. Как раз в период моего пребывания на территории отеля открылся ресторан SAL - второй проект, реализованный в ОАЭ. Первый одноимённый ресторан находится в Дубае, в Burj Al Arab. Ну, что сказать? Фантастическое место! Совершенно 100% попадание в атмосферу. Эстетически безупречный, элегантный, изысканный дизайн отеля и окружающая волшебная природа побережья Саадият абсолютно гармонично интегрируются с наслаждением, которое можно получить от высокой кухни. В заключении стоит сказать, что не так уж много мест, что привлекают внимание или поражают воображение, и это одно из них. Great place for a beach holiday

Because the reservation was for a half board, I contacted Ctrip before check-in to inform Tongxing that I have an 8-year-old child. Please confirm with the hotel. Are there any extra charges for dining with my child in Kyrgyzstan? It was also informed that the day of check-in was the child's birthday. After checking with the hotel, Ctrip customer service replied that there would be no additional charge and that a birthday cake would be given as a birthday gift for the child (as evidenced by text and phone calls), indicating that there was a special mention of eight when booking. We were with a 8-year-old child, but when we checked in on the day of check-in, we met a woman at the front desk who told us that because the child was 8 years old, we needed to pay an additional fee of more than 200 dirhams. She also said that we did not inform in advance that an eight-year-old child was staying, so we had to pay the fee. , it’s not about money, it’s about how it can be inconsistent? So I forcefully argued with the female receptionist and explained that I had been informed before... that I didn't want to pay more. The woman said she had no choice but to ask the manager for instructions. Later, I contacted Ctrip customer service. In the end we were not charged any extra fees. But I didn't feel very good. In addition, my friend's birthday cake was delivered to the room after many urgings, but there were no matches because there were candles. Later, I called the service desk, and it took three calls before it was finally sent to the room.

Jumeirah Resort on Saadiyat Island is ideal for a quiet vacation. It has a blue flag beach, and turtles hatch on the beach every February and March. The room is modern and comfortable, the breakfast is rich in variety, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the Italian restaurant Mare Mare is delicious and not expensive. Special thanks to Mr. Alexander for his help, which made our trip more exciting.

The room was relatively small and simply decorated. Compared to the Castle Hotel where I stayed on the first day, the service here was worse. I charged 1,200 per night for an extra bed, but no extra bed came until 10 p.m. Fortunately, Ctrip successfully solved the problem later! The only drawback is that the location is relatively remote. There are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so you can only eat in the hotel.
