Very satisfied, quiet, clean and tidy; the soft and hard facilities are relatively new. There are restaurants, small shops and fruit shops downstairs. It is suitable for short-term business trips ~ not far from the Grand Mosque

It’s a industrial area so there’s nothing to enjoy. And there’s a sandstorm. But I enjoyed the fitness center I can do my workout, also the hotel staff are attentive and kind

If you are on a budget (and find good rates for the hotel), it is not a bad bet. The facilities inside the hotel are excellent, be it rooms, service, decor, etc. It is actually an apar**ent complex converted to a hotel. The problem is that it is located in a slightly downmarket area far from the attractions and main business districts. You will need a vehicle to travel to almost anywhere, though small shops and food joints are available within walking distance. There is even a branch of Sarvana Bhawan nearby which may be a plus for some. Overall great, but if you get more centrally located hotels at reasonable prices, go for them.

Have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last few months. Small boutique hotel, no nonsense hotel, good for business stay. Located in Mussafah area, very clean, functional, and very helpful and supportive staff (especially Praveen, security). They don't limited dedicated parking so can be a challenge in late evening. Rooms are a good size, very clean, wifi is good. Food options are limited but the area has a lot of eateries with varied cuisine.
