We had a fantastic stop over in Abu Dhabi staying at the Shangri-La. The staff were friendly and the hotel was just what we needed. I would recommend the Shangri-La again for others looking to stay.

We only stayed for two nights, it’s a shame it was so short. Wonderful hotel and wonderful hotel staff! Everything is wonderful, starting from the meeting when you arrive at the hotel and you are greeted at the entrance as the most welcome guest, all your things are taken from the taxi, you are escorted to the reception desk and at the same time you are served cool wet wipes for your hands and cool drinks on a tray. Check-in takes just a minute and now you are in your room, where everything is beautiful, even a living rose in the bathroom) I have never had such a wonderful reception in any hotel. In the evening they call your room and ask if everything is okay, if you have any requests, or maybe you need something? And what could you need if the room has everything, from bathrobes and slippers to wine glasses, plates, tea, coffee, etc. They love you very much in this hotel and are waiting for you, that’s for sure! Excellent breakfasts, a spacious room with tables, a lot of space and it’s not noticeable that there are a lot of people. Special thanks to the guys at the entrance to the hotel, who meet and see you off if you need to go somewhere, put you in a taxi, always smile and are very happy to see you return! Thank you very much to the hotel for such an attitude and a wonderful vacation!!
