The hotel is very old, much older than in the photos. There are entertainment establishments on the 1st and 3rd floors. It turns out there is information about this according to the receptionist. But what is not written about anywhere is 1) There are a lot of drunk men. The contingent is very dubious. 2) The music plays loudly until 3:30 in the morning!!! So don't expect to get enough sleep if you wake up early. 3) The refrigerator is old and noisy. 4) Ventilation (air conditioning) is also very noisy. 5) a sign above the door with a green light is on and does not turn off. Worst restaurant and bar experience ever! I have visited the nepali bar which is in 4th floor of the hotel. And experienced such a disappointing service. Staff was so bad. Always look for a money and complimentary food from guest. If you looking for place to chill and relax with some entertainment filled with disappoin**ent, this is the bar for you. The staffs didn't seem to care about our complaints either. Do not waste your time or money at this nepali bar. It's clear that they don't prioritize customer satisfaction. The waitstaff was unprofessional and very money minded... only look for a 💰 🤑 management needs to take a serious look at their staff. I cannot recommend this bar to anyone. Never ever will visit this nepali bar again. Save your money and go elsewhere. Stay way from this bar. Such a disappointing service.

Welcoming, friendly, helpful reception, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, good location. All members of the staff makes you feel instantly "at home". A good choice of restaurants within the hotel.

Really my worst experience in a hotel, the hotel has 4 bars/shows, from 9pm to 4am there is very loud music, without being able to sleep, not to mention that people come and go who are not residents of the hotel and use the same ones. elevators and access to the entire hotel without any problem, the room was dirty, we were three people and there were towels for two, we had to claim them, I chose to go to another hotel and they did not want to refund my money.
