The hotel looks old from the photo, but to our surprise, it is not substandard in terms of quality n service. Kitchen amenities are good, pans n pots provided, n bathroom is clean. Bedroom is comfy, and it has a lovely iving room also. It's walking distance to Abu Dhabi mall. Me n my family truly enjoy our 3 days stay over here.

Worst recipient ever however he have available room he asked me to wait 5 hours till 2:00 pm while he make other nationality take the room , however I told him I just came from long flight and need to rest.this is the worst hotel in Abu Dhabi

This was a good size apar**ent that was kept clean and when there were a couple of issues they were dealt with promptly. The furniture was all functional but of its time. The area around was a little noisy due to building works but it has good access to shops, AD Mall and the tourist area. Parking was a bit of a pain if you returned after 18:00 when most of the spaces near the hotel were already taken.

The apar**ent was good.fully equipped. The staff are excellent and fast. I spent only one night. But it smelled humid. The only negative thing was the car parking. The property doesn't have parking. So if you have your own car. You might suffer...

We initially checked in for only 1month in 2020 but due to covid, we stayed for more than 1year. It was very pleasant stay. All Staffs are very friendly and efficient specially Mr. Austin and Mr. Shibu. They are always there to help. Housekeeping service is also very good compare to other hotels. I have stayed most of hotels in tourist club area, Mazlish,Al Manzel, Oriental but Ivory is one of the best hotel for family.
