Because I was on a business trip alone, I left the store decisively in order to avoid the deterioration of the conflict. After many complaints and demands for an apology, the store refused to repent, and Ctrip apologized for the store's mistakes. Thanks to Ctrip's customer service manager for comforting and helping me in the first time, but I still hope that Ctrip can screen out these bad businesses and do more investigations.
