We liked the place, as it is shown in the photos, so it is, they keep your room clean, we liked the suite, we only had an inconvenience one night and the trea**ent of the receptionist on duty was rude, but, from then on, everything Staff were efficient and friendly.
We ate a nice one at the restaurant, everything was very good with flavor and presentation. We liked it and without a doubt we returned.

The attention of the reception staff from 10. My check-in was 12 am and they received us from 7 am. We were bringing a disabled person and the hotel is well adapted for wheelchairs. It has an elevator and there are no stops to get in the way. You cross the street and there is the sea for you. The view from the 7th floor is wonderful. For the price, it's worth it. Many thanks also to Mr. Oscar, who was so kind welcoming us at the door. It is appreciated.

What I liked most was close to the beach and a really nice kitchen. Not many by the beach have a fridge and microwave and this was my favorite in Acapulco so far. Only a lap pool but I go there to be in the ocean and. close to the beach.

The Ramada Wyndham hotel has excellent service, everyone is very friendly and the large rooms are very comfortable and equipped with a functional kitchenette, minibar and microwave, but the location is not the best
