Playa Suites Acapulco
"Hotel in an excellent central location, in terms of food they are good and they serve enough, I consider that the staff service is not the best, the waiters are very unfriendly and the customer service is terrible. The facilities are many years old and the furniture in the place is not very nice (it urgently needs furniture renovation), the obsolete elevators had to wait up to 40 minutes to go down, especially at check-in time."
Hotel Suites Jazmín Acapulco
"The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. There are 2 pools but they are in different parts of the hotel. Room was larger than most in Mexico and had a small kitchen. All in it was a good place for the price."
ACAPULCO MALIBU HOTEL
Krystal Beach Acapulco
"The truth is, the hotel is very nice, but the staff isn't as friendly as they should be; they operate on the classic "you're treated according to appearance" principle. On the second day, a cockroach appeared in the room. 🤢"
Capital O Hotel Los Caracoles, Acapulco
Copacabana Beach Hotel Acapulco
"With the recent remodeling it is very good, the only bad thing is that parking is charged as an additional fee and it is not inside the hotel, it is in an additional facility that is still being remodeled."

Overview Brigitte Knoke Local Guide · 16 Reviews · 80 Photos Absolutely! I felt very welcome. Two younger men (brothers) at reception did everything to make my stay as unforgettable as possible...in a positive sense, of course. My room, 304, had strong Wi-Fi. A state-of-the-art TV with Sky and much more offered great entertainment...music of all genres, HBO movies, European channels 👌👍! I was allowed to get boiling water from the restaurant several times a day for coffee, tea, or instant noodle soup. They offer breakfast until 11:00 AM, which looked delicious and varied. You could also order hot dishes later. They wanted to clean the room every day. They need it with me. They offer breakfast until 11:00 AM, which looked delicious and varied. You could also order hot dishes later. They wanted to clean the room every day. They don't need to do that for me; I don't clean or change the towels every day at home either. The AC is so quiet, I didn't even hear it. The hotel is located at the end of a small side street. You're immediately in the center, on the beach, and at all kinds of shops. You can reach the famous cliff divers of Acapulco in 15 minutes on one of the crazy old colorful buses. The pool area is lovely and clean. I have absolutely nothing negative to report. I felt very comfortable. Upon leaving or returning, there's always a friendly "OLA," "HELLO," or "How are you today?" Many thanks again for the pleasant stay at HOTEL VILLAS LA LUPITA, says Brigitte Knoke."
Fiesta Americana Villas Acapulco
"Very good impression from the outside. Location is good. When checking in, there was just a huge line for check-in and check-out. Early check-in was possible, but we were never called when the room was available. We had to queue up again and wait. Very poor check-in and check-out management! A la carte breakfast was cautious with the bill. The pancakes were charged separately for cereal with milk, which was listed as included in the menu!!! Unfortunately, breakfast was very slow and they were unable to provide a plastic bag. Generally, the food in the hotel is very expensive! The pool is good for kids. Getting loungers is a disaster! The hotel doesn't have any good rules that are actually followed. People come at 7 a.m. and leave their towels out, even if they haven't been there all day. Unfortunately, the hotel only has 3 functioning elevators with more than 400 rooms. Very long wait times! It took over 30 minutes to get our luggage down before checkout. Other details regarding cleanliness: Bathroom could easily be fixed with good maintenance. For people over 175cm, showering means ducking your head while showering. The shower wall is very calcified."

Park Royal Beach Acapulco - All Inclusive
"The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing."
