El Hotel tiene una vista espectacular, el restaurante para desayuno está rico, el pan me gustó mucho. El restaurant Origen buenísimo tbm y de noche el lugar se ve espectacular El área de alberca verdaderamente relajante. Super recomendable.

Se me hace una falta de respeto que no hayan dejado cancelar o cambiar fechas por la tempestad del huracán, el agua olía a caño, el servicio era nefasto, dos veces no tuve agua en la habitación, la comida era malísima, no entiendo porque cobran el IVA en alimentos y la cena de fin de año horrible.
Es una falta de respeto que no contesten las llamadas y tú sabes si quieres o darle la oportunidad al hotel y al final te cobran 530 de propinas diario, tú sabes si lo dejas o no es un robo total y la vdd nunca en mi vida regresaría a ese lugar

Las instalaciones estan muy bien, pero nos rompieron un perfume y no ofrecieron dusculpa, para poder hablar con la gerente tardamos mas de 1 hora en ser atendidos. Pésima atención de gerencia por parte de Iliana Rodriguez.

El servicio y atención de tofo el staff es inmejorable, siempre atentos a cualquier problema o necesida del cliente. El desayuno es genial, todo con gran calidad y preparado al momento. Las habitaciones se sienten un poco descuidadas pero estamos a unos meses del huracán por lo que seguro mejorará este tema pronto. Por cierto, gran trabajo pues el hotel parece que nunca paso el huracán por aqui.

El hotel no tenía internet ni tenía los vidrios de seguridad en los pasillos, muy ruidoso y peligroso para caminar en las áreas comunes. Hice la cancelación con tiempo y después de tres semanas nadie me da la cara. Construcción y ruido por donde quiera,no tenían la habitación que reservé, y nos dieron otra de menor calidad y me la querían cobrar al costo de la otra.

Following the hurricane, almost every hotel in Acapulco and Playa Diamante are severely damaged and closed. Yet, in only a few weeks Encanto is open, fully operational and awesome. Wendy, the receptionist, Eliana the manager and all he staff are professional. We are returning for Easter. Bravo to Encanto and all of the staff.
