Todo muy bien aunque siento que los alimentos han bajado un poco de calidad. Falta un poco más de sazón los cuartos excelentes muy cómodas las camas las almohadas ni se diga super comodas el servicio de los empleados muy bueno, quede muy contenta cuando me hospedó en ese hotel me siento como en casa.

Al llegar nos atendieron rápido, a la 1pm nos dieron el brazalete por lo que pudimos comer, es buffet, entonces nos hizo falta estómago para lo que hay, muy buena comida, el personal es muy atento y la vista es preciosa. Las habitaciones están bien, está claro que están en remodelación, pero todo está cómodo. Tuvimos una pequeña situación en la habitación, unas personas en la habitación de arriba estaban lanzando líquido (probablemente bebidas alcohólicas) y fumando. Pero al reportarlo a recepción, le dieron solución rápidamente. En cuanto a las bebidas, todas eran muy buenas, los meseros muy atentos, las personas encargadas de la playa también, y la verdad es que todos nos saludaban o nos daban la bienvenida. Los chicos de animación también fueron amables y todas las actividades son entretenidas, hacen también shows en las noches y son diferentes. Definitivamente volveré al Ritz Acapulco
