They should show **** available until everything is 100%, they offer a kitchen, but there is no gas, therefore hot water, they mentioned to us that on the second day that service would be available and we asked and they arrogantly said "well when they fix it", neither There is TV, telephone line and internet service.
Likewise, it should be noted that there were cockroaches, terrible and without forgetting that they charge you the full price of the room.

decided to give this hotel another try. I should of stuck with my other disappoin**ent of this hotel. 1st I had requested an earlier check in which the hotel approved upon arrival the night person at the desk charged me 500 pesos for checkin early. I was not given the room I had booked which was 2 beds and i was given a 1 bed. the beds are very old and uncomfortable like sleeping on a log bed. the pillows were thin as paper and im not exagerating. i requested extra pillows and was denied i was told they didnt have any. had no room service therefore no clean towels. i had made prepaid reservation and i was told the hotel could not charge my prepaid reservation with the virtual card that was provided. therefore i had to pay again with my personal card. and now im waiting to be refunded from my third party reservation. will not stay at this property ever again...

The small room, a large bathroom, cable TV at the moment did not work due to a deteriorated connector, few options to connect mobile devices, the frayed bath towel, the location is very central and not far from the coast

I was in an excellent location at Suites Jazmín Acapulco, although the Air Conditioning (window equipment) was very noisy,
The mattress on the bed should have been firmer.
