Hotel in an excellent central location, in terms of food they are good and they serve enough, I consider that the staff service is not the best, the waiters are very unfriendly and the customer service is terrible. The facilities are many years old and the furniture in the place is not very nice (it urgently needs furniture renovation), the obsolete elevators had to wait up to 40 minutes to go down, especially at check-in time.

El Hotel esta aun en muy mal estado y lo peor es que en el VALET PARKING recibí mi auto golpeado, muy amables me comentaron que se harían cargo del GOLPE, lo cual no fue cierto NO ME PAGARON NADA y si aceptaron que ellos habían golpeado el auto con una carretilla ya que sigue en reparaciones. ACAPULCO esta en RUINAS.

Bueno como siempre seré muy honesta, me queda claro que Acapulco está pasando por una situación de reactivación sin embargo eso no tiene nada que ver con la amabilidad de ciertas personas trabajadoras del hotel. 1 desde que llegas la señora de recepción tiene una carota de pocos amigos que ni ella se aguanta, se queja de todo y la situación que tiene en este momento el hotel porque no cuenta con recepción y están en un espacio pequeño a lo cual en todo momento se queja, eso sin contar los casi 50 minutos que tardaron en atendernos. 2 no hay programas en tv que porque no les han ido a conectar cables o más tv. 3 no hay agua caliente, la habitación sin shampoo, toallas y súper o****** la tina de baño, no hay luz en algunos focos de la habitación y en el balcón solo 1 silla. 4. La comida es la misma siempre pero con diferentes salsas tuvimos la necesidad de salir a comer o cenar de tan mala comida que tiene el hotel. 5. Alberca muy sucia Lo bueno la ubicación del hotel, la atención del mesero Mauro y una mesera que no recuerdo nombre, porque los demás siempre están de malas y peleándose. Considero que cuando se hace reservación deberían avisar tooodo lo que no tiene o con lo que por el momento no cuenta el hotel y bueno ya decide uno si se queda o si reserva o no, sin embargo la situación del hotel no está peleada con la amabilidad y limpieza de este.
