The best view of Acapulco. Excellent attention from the staff. If you don't like or can't climb stairs, this hotel is not the option for you. It is on a cliff and yes or yes you will have to go up and down a lot of steps. It has 2 pools but it does not have its own beach, but if you come as a family, Tlacopanocha Beach is 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car.

During my stay I noticed that the room needed some cleaning. It has many stairs to get to your room, to get to the pools. They have an elevator, you can tell it hasn't been working for a long time. I like that there is some fauna inside the hotel, in the flower beds we saw a raccoon, salamander iguanas. In the sea pool there are fish (they bite). The internet only works in the lobby, the cable has very few channels. Our room was a suite and we only had a TV. A sale could not be opened. The La Perla restaurant service took a long time to take our order and bring us what we had ordered, and they also brought us a dish that we had not ordered. They have their own parking.
