Everything was excellent, the facilities were not very adequate (due to the passage of OTIS), we had an aircraft without windows and another very small one. Other than that everything is excellent, we will return soon, thank you.

If they are going to be in this place they must be abused not to forget anything, since the staff keeps the things they find and that is not cool, this should not happen because if you forgot something they should return it but that was not the case.
On the other hand, the hotel was undergoing repairs so there was a lot of noise that did not allow you to rest. However, the restaurant service was very good.

The service and attention is excellent 😃 we had little occupancy at the hotel so both the pool and the beach club had good availability and we were able to enjoy them. The rooms are austere but clean. Around there is a lot of transportation and food options, as well as convenience stores, however at night there is a lot of street noise that may not be suitable if you are looking for rest. We ate at the breakfast buffet and it was good and varied. Once again, attention is what took the most merit. My only negative point is for the pool bathrooms, which gave off a bad smell and were poorly lit.

The family and I really like to spend our days off at the Acamar hotel, since it has the beach nearby, the kids can be in the pool, we really like the buffet. The personnel is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We like the view of the sea, everything is very delicious in Acamar, near the beach 😎 Whenever we can go to the beach, our arrival place is Acamar
