Excelente la verdad nunca tuve ningún problema. El personal siempre a disposición de todo, con una sonrisa siempre y mucha atención para que la estancia sea muy amena. Lo recomiendo altamente. La calidad es la que se esperaba, no quedé decepcionado.

El hotel muy limpio, el personal muy amable. Hay muchas tiendas cerca del hotel y lo mejor que está a la orilla del mar. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. Fue una experiencia muy bonita al estar en el hotel, tenía mis dudas si hospedarme en el hotel presidente pero cumplió ampliamente mis expectativas.

Muy agradable y seguro el hotel está muy bonito, tiene muy buena vista y ubicación. Fácil acceso a transporte público, tiendas y centros comerciales cerca. A orilla de la playa. el servicio muy bueno.

Es un hotel que a pesar de ser antiguo, se mantiene muy bien cuidado, tiene un excelente servicio por parte de los trabajadores y ni se diga la vista del hotel es preciosa, yo recomiendo este lugar por ubicación y calidad precio!

El hotel es muy bueno, tiene una vista excelente y muy buen ubicado, tiene cerca cafeterías, la alberca del hotel es muy amplia y bonita así como las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y todo está muy limpio, el club de playa es genial !!!

Excelente servicio, desde que reservamos mi familia y yo quedamos satisfechos con el precio y lo que ofrecen, las habitaciones súper bonitas y el personal muy amable, la comida deliciosa, el area de la alberca limpia, me encanto que todo está limpio y en orden, sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí 💖

El Hotel Presidente ofrece una maravillosa vista a la bahía de Santa Lucía su ubicación es perfecta ya que se encuentra en la zona Dorada del puerto de Acapulco, ademas de cuenta con un servicio de calidad, es un excelente lugar para organizar eventos y por otra parte te ofrece una serie de promociones y descuentos. Es el lugar ideal para disfrutar de un descanso agradable.

Me gusto mucho la vista, la alberca esta muy tranquila, me relaje bastante, lo unico negativo podría ser que no me quede más tiempo para disfrutar del Hotel. La alberca está bien, el nivel de profundidad fue bueno, recepción me atendió de buena manera, muy agusto todo. Recomiendo visitarlo entre semana
