Clean place, very close to Icacos beach (one of the best in Acapulco) and several shops and restaurants, friendly and attentive staff, restaurant with buffet, pool with good temperature, affordable cost. It's nice overall.

The young woman at the front desk was incredibly unprofessional and adversarial, for no good reason. They turn on the old, poorly maintained air conditioning unit with a remote control and then take the remote control to the office, leaving guests with no way to control the temperature in the room. If you have the option of choosing another hotel where the staff has a normal and hospitable attitude towards guests, do yourself a favor and choose the other hotel. This customer has stayed in thousands of hotels in different countries and has never seen hotel staff have such an unprofessional and inhospitable attitude towards paying customers. This review is posted by someone who is completely reasonable and logical. Life and hotels are not perfect, but no reasonable person would want to stay in a hotel with such poorly behaved staff. Choose any other hotel if one is available.

It is a hotel that, despite the years, is still a good option to spend a few days on vacation in Acapulco. It has a shopping center nearby, it is very close to beaches, and since it is on the main avenue, communication is very easy to go to attractions.

Many amenities are missing, there is no iron, my room did not have a TV, beds with old mattresses felt like springs, no hair dryer, there are no regulations for guests and at night they were with their horns at full volume, they do not have a safe. In fourth, old balcony lock not functional and the balconies communicate with the neighbor and I could not observe a circuit of surveillance cameras in hallways and common areas

Room much below what is shown in the images. There is no security in the room, uncomfortable and spring mattress, lack of guest control for use in swimming pools, too much noise, old towels, lack of attention at reception, there is no telephone in the room to communicate with reception .

The photographs shown here are not at all what you see when you arrive, the facilities are very neglected, there is no internet, there is no television, there was no water, the beds are falling apart, the furniture is still falling apart, the truth is it was not a pleasant experience and I would not return to that hotel. Seeing what it was like before and the guests who touched me, the pool was super dirty, full of food and garbage around, I don't recommend it at all.
