Me gustó mucho las instalaciones, las personas son muy amables y hospitalarias. Me gustó mucho la esencia natural del lugar. Por las lluvias hubo una que otra gotera, sería la oportunidad que tendrían para mejorar como instalación.
En transporte y salir de noche, no lo recomiendo, no hay personal que cuide el acceso y esta muy solo para estar parado si es que vas con familia. Pedí que fueran por nosotros a un evento que estaba cerca y nos dejaron plantados, a media noche tuvimos que caminar y media hora afuera ya que no nos contestaban el teléfono y no nos abrían.
Tuvieron el gesto de regresarnos el dinero del transporte, pero fue una mala experiencia al final.

No me gustó tener que buscar a la gente cuando necesitaba algo, en recepción la mayor parte del tiempo lucía vacío, en la habitación de una acompañante hubo cucarachas en su cama, el agua de la regadera estaba fría, un huésped me ayudó a subir mis maletas y no el personal del hotel, en general fueron amables pero no fue suficiente
