Achi Hotels with Bars

This hot spring hotel was not on my itinerary. I changed the itinerary to go for a trip in order to stay. I didn't expect it but there were surprises. The hotel service facilities and meals were better than I expected and I would stay again.

To get to hotel need arrange on own expenses for taxi cost approx Yen 7000 from lida station. To go nearby heaven sohara cost approx Yen 3000 on own expenses. The benefits is free transport at night to star grazing and hotel provided coats, mat and equipment. The dinner served at 5pm is very delicious. We missed breakfast because we have to travel at 630am so we are given rice balls. If hotel put breakfast timing 7am will be great for any travellers planning. At night, they provided warm heated water pillow to hug for cold winter.

Breakfast and dinner are good hot springs. There are many choices. You can book the tickets for Starry Sky Land at the counter with pick-up and drop-off. It is a 5-minute walk from the bus station. If the hotel has free pick-up and drop-off, the hotel will send it to the bus stop on the return trip. The counter and the driver are very friendly. Good to help us determine the location of the stop sign again and again. Although the hotel staff had poor English and communication difficulties, but they were very enthusiastic, because there were not many shuttle buses in the countryside and the routes were complicated. The transfer station outside, directly sent us to the expressway transfer station 5km away. It is so considerate. Although the hotel is an old brand, the environmental sanitation is well maintained. It is the hotel where the Emperor visited Hiujin Hot Spring and stayed in. You can imagine the past glory.

A hot spring hotel with renovated rooms. Great value for money! All the staff were very friendly and had a perfect attitude💯! After checking in, we rushed to watch the starry sky tour. The waiter in the restaurant arranged our dinner as soon as possible. We had a special meal with vegetarian requirements.

Her use of Google Translate to communicate with us was impressive and demonstrated her dedication to providing top-notch service. I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills, which were evident in every interaction I had with her. Her talent is remarkable, and I hope that your hotel will continue to support and develop her professionally. Please convey my heartfelt appreciation to Ito-san, and please recognize her outstanding work. She is a true asset to your onsen/hotel, and I look forward to visiting again in the future. A quaint hot spring hotel, the room is big enough and clean, the hot spring pool is comfortable, but the hotel has no facilities, and the breakfast is average, there are no convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, I have no dinner at the hotel, breakfast is relatively simple semi-self-service form, just want to be in the room.
