Excellent hotel. Staff can’t do enough for you ! No sunbed wars. Cava, smoked salmon, freshly cooked omelettes, pancakes, donuts and croissants are just some of the options at breakfast! 24 hour supermarket right out the hotel at the top of a small hill . Shops, restaurants and 5 minutes to the beach. We had room 335 which overlooked the quiet pool and it was perfect ! Beds comfy, shampoo, conditioner , shower gel, mini toothpaste, shaving cream and other toiletries all provided. Beach bag, pool towels (you can exchange every day) flip flops also in your room on arrival . Plenty to do for the kids . Water park on level 5. Thank you GF Victoria for an incredible stay .

This was our second stay and it was excellent again. Room was great, staff all excellent. Our 3 year old loved the kids club. Lovely pools, great dining every breakfast and dinner.

This place was pretty much faultless. There wasn’t much they hadn’t thought of in terms of families. The staff cannot do enough for you and the whole place was spotless. The room was beautiful and had a lovely balcony. The swimming pools were really well maintained, there was never any issues getting a sun bed. There were also activities put on for the little ones. There was an excellent choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Fresh fish and meat cooked to order. In the evening there was a mini disco for the little ones and family friendly entertainment. The children loved it. We had a fantastic time here and would happily rebook again.

It's a little gem. We stayed last year and loved it so much we have been again. Some of the staff remember us which was lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. Very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spotless. Cleaned every day. Perfect location for everything.

Overall a nice property with good rooms. Breakfast buffet was varied and good quality. If you're seeking adult space, it can feel as though it's a bit over run by kids. There is a separate adults only area at breakfast but the 'quiet pool' area does allow children. It would be nice to have an adults only area here, in additional to the other family pool. The pool is very shaded by the hotel building until late morning and even into the afternoon, there are some significant areas that never get the sun. Hotel location is good with lots of amenities and restaurants within easy walking distance.

we stayed in the harmony suite with hot tub on the balcony, amazing room and great hotel, absolutely immaculate inside and out, pool areas great, food good, nice location, will definitely return. staff helpful, overall a very good hotel...

Just had a fantastic week in Tenerife staying at the GF Victoria. From the moment we arrived the service was top class. The hotel is exceptionally clean, every staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. We stayed half board and both the breakfast and the evening buffet were full of choice, seasonal dishes and really good quality. We booked one of the Á La Carte restaurants for an evening meal which was very good, portion sizes very generous and price reasonable. As a family of four the kids had so much to do and we all were able to have time together and to ourselves during our stay as there are children’s areas and adult only areas which we were able to enjoy. Highly recommended as a five star family hotel in the beautiful area of Playa del Duque. We will definitely return

Visited Costa Adeje many times over the years but this was our first stay at the GF Victoria. We stayed for a week and couldn’t fault it at all. The rooms are mini suites with two full bathrooms. Excellent for staying with a teenager. Breakfast was great. The pool areas and facilities are first class. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Rooftop bar is a great option to have. Location is perfect for surrounding bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

3rd time back to this hotel and worth every penny. Absolutely love this hotel the facilities and the staff. Both me and my son are coeliac and were well catered for. We done bed and breakfast and ate out in the evening as like a wide choice and going to different bars. But we would be back tomorrow if we could.
