Asked to change rooms as 2 young girls were very far away from other people so felt very uncomfortable the staff did not understand and put us on ground floor still where no one is is and told us to stay there or go back to the old room but before that we got told we can be in the open space where more people was. She told us to get all are stuff and 5 minutes after returning then got told the room was not available"

"We visited this hotel back in December, a couple of weeks before Christmas and went half board (first time at this particular hotel, we have been B&B before here). Rooms were great, good size & good size balconies. Rooms and pool area were clean and staff were pleasant. Location is perfect, surrounded by shops and a short walk to the beach! Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast with hot and cold options - can’t complain about breakfast! Evening food however was disappointing, very much the same every night, food was lukewarm or cold and not an awful amount of variety. The atmosphere at dinner felt like a work canteen so we opted to eat out most nights instead. Will visit again but definitely B&B in the future!"

"We recently stayed here in Villa 11. This is the most beautiful place we have visited in a long while. Even though we have been to Costa Adeje many times we had never stayed here before. We would highly recommend, it is just an amazing resort. The villa was very private, very comfortable and the best beds and pillows you could ever wish for. We snacks delivered on an afternoon, which I must say was a lovely touch and the food in the restaurants is excellent and the choice is vast. Breakfast at the villas was wonderful, anything you wanted they would cook, thank you. The resort is huge and so beautifully kept and the buggies are a godsend for getting around. Save the best for last, the staff, they cannot do enough for you and are just such lovely people, they really make a difference to your stay. Fingers crossed we will be back again as soon as we can. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday."
