"We had a mixed experience during our stay. At first, we were assigned to D block (room D104), which was extremely noisy due to a nearby bar, and there was also a toilet issue with continuous running water. We were unable to sleep at all that night, despite having requested a quiet room well in advance. After communicating with the hotel, they eventually changed our room for free, which we appreciate. The new room was in I block, and the difference was huge — the room was much newer, very spacious, comfortable, and almost completely quiet. The facilities were clearly more updated, and overall the stay improved significantly. The only issue in the new room was that we found one large cockroach, which was unpleasant, but aside from that, everything was fine. I would also like to highlight that the front desk staff were polite and helpful, which is definitely a big plus. Overall, if you are planning to stay here, I would strongly recommend avoiding D block, especially if you care about noise and sleep quality. If noise does not bother you, it may not be an issue — but for light sleepers, this is something to be aware of."

"The room is large and the view is very good. Breakfast can be eaten until 11 o'clock, and it is very rich. The service attitude is very good, and the facilities are very complete, reaching the 5-star level. The theme of the dinner buffet is different every day, with live music"

"Excellent location and everything you need on your doorstep. Go to hyperdino next door for cheap food and drinks. Hotel has everything needed and apartments are a good size. Fast service at bar for food and drinks. Animation team friendly and attentive especially Raquel Reception and check in very fast. Raquel if Reception was great. No frills but we had the best time the outside as you walk up is deceiving so wait until you see inside."

"Have been to Tenerife on several trips and I wish I had discovered Sunset Harbour on my first visit as I wouldn't have stayed anywhere else. Great staff all over the complex, reception,pool,cleaning,bar and restaurant, nothing too much trouble. We really enjoyed our New Year stay."

"Overall it was very good. The service was very good. I left my camera outside the restaurant. I asked the restaurant staff for it but they refused to give it to me. Later I asked the handsome guy with back hair who was in charge of guest relation about the process of calling the police. He first helped me call the restaurant staff to ask for it. After he communicated with the restaurant, they still said they didn’t have it. Then he told me the detailed process of calling the police. Because I was leaving the next day, he said I could fill in the hotel’s phone number and address when calling the police. They could handle some problems and also copy all employees to pay attention to this matter. Finally, the camera was successfully found. There are many restaurants in the hotel, and all the ones I have eaten are good. The view is very good. It’s just that the lobby floor and elevator door show some signs of age."

"Nada que envidiar a los hoteles 4 estrellas. Lo único es la cama, es verdad que era cómoda pero podrían poner una grande de matrimonio, ya que son dos individuales y además como con un colchoncito fino. De resto está genial las instalaciones."

"We stayed at GF Isabel in an apartment and overall had a really nice stay. The location is great – easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, which made everything very convenient. The hotel has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and there were activities and entertainment for kids, which my daughter really enjoyed. The evening shows were actually really good – much better than we expected – and it was nice to have something to do after dinner without needing to go out. The apartment itself was a good size and practical for a family, although the decor is a little dated in places. That said, everything was clean and worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After we checked out, we realised we had left a water bottle behind. When we went back to ask, one of the ladies at the hotel was really kind and helped us find it and return it to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great choice for families and we would happily stay here again."

"A nice place to stay. Staff were super friendly. The pool area is exceptional and the pool water was a nice temperature. The rooms are a little dated and could do with updating but overall a nice stay."

"We loved the attention, the room, the very friendly dining room service, reception, cleaning, towel service... To put a but, the minibar was not cold and in the offer I did not see the information that drinks at dinner are not included in the offer. Great pools, special mention to the Infinity pool even though we didn't know it was in another part of the complex, with a few stairs in between. The tranquility of the place is great to unwind. I would repeat for sure."
