Hotel has everything needed and apartments are a good size. Fast service at bar for food and drinks.
Animation team friendly and attentive especially Raquel
Reception and check in very fast. Raquel if Reception was great.
No frills but we had the best time the outside as you walk up is deceiving so wait until you see inside.

GGuest UserI have come away from this break with mixed thoughts. There are many positives but also many areas of improvement needed. Booked a preferred club junior suite and had to be moved three times because the air con wasn’t working in the rooms. They didn’t feel special, they were nice rooms, but by no means did I feel I was in a suite. Small
Balcony overlooking the car park and just a standard nice room. Lovely big comfortable bed with great bedding. Wasn’t overly clean, hairs in the bath, used slippers in the wardrobe, stained mugs in the room and stains on the bedside cabinet. Food was awful except for breakfast; tough meats, undercooked meats and the snacks in the preferred club were pitiful with no explanation as to what any of it was. When one snack was black pudding on toast you kind of want the heads up! It was all nice enough but wouldn’t stay here again.

GGuest UserLarge, comfortable hotel, but quite old. For me, this is a 3 * hotel, not 4 at all. Very pleasant staff, welcome drink immediately upon arrival, there are absolutely no complaints about the staff. Very small parking, you need to book a place in advance, 10 euros per day. On the 9th, 10th and A floors, the rooms are ”privileges”, but in fact they are no different from the rest. There was only a coffee machine and a huge bed. The view from the balcony of the city is wonderful, but at night it is very noisy.
There are no dumbbells in the gym, although there are a lot of other equipment, which is strange.

EEric89After getting off the bus at the hotel, it takes about 15 minutes to walk, but the hotel facilities are good and clean. There is a large terrace and a kitchen for cooking, and the price/performance ratio is good.

CChristinewanWe stayed at GF Isabel in an apartment and overall had a really nice stay.
The location is great – easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, which made everything very convenient. The hotel has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and there were activities and entertainment for kids, which my daughter really enjoyed.
The evening shows were actually really good – much better than we expected – and it was nice to have something to do after dinner without needing to go out.
The apartment itself was a good size and practical for a family, although the decor is a little dated in places. That said, everything was clean and worked well.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After we checked out, we realised we had left a water bottle behind. When we went back to ask, one of the ladies at the hotel was really kind and helped us find it and return it to us, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a great choice for families and we would happily stay here again.

IIsobelLovely hotel big and spacious. Breakfast really tasty and all round very clean. Staff provided fizz, sweets and nuts on my birthday which was a lovely surprise. Not much atmosphere and no entertainment at night. Very good location with lot’s of bars and restaurants nearby. Would book again.

HHui LanThe resort is in need of a revamp. The poolside and beaches is good but the rooms are old and the furniture looks dated and worn out . The apartment size is big though, and equipped with utensils, pots , microwave , kettle etc . I knew it was quite old but I hadn’t realised it was that old. Breakfast is adequate

GGuest UserGreat staff working at the buffet. Thumbs up to Yani, who took care of our table every day in a very professional and friendly approach, we really loved it.
The hotel is well located, walking distance to the beach, party area and Siam Park & Mall.
The room was big enough and comfortable, with excellent cleaning service.
I read elsewhere the location was noisy, however, this wasn't the case at all on the 3rd floor facing the window (while the party area next to the beach was very busy).
Overall, great experience, definitely recommendable.

GGuest UserThis hotel is no where near as bad as people make it out to be. You get what you pay for. Me and my bf used the hotel as a base to explore. Yes the room was basic but it had beds, blankets, towels, a kitchen area, balcony and shower room. No issues with any of these.
The hotel is on a hill so be prepared for your calves to burn after the first day. Especially if you are heading out the hotel to adventure. Taxis are only like €5 from the main area to the hotel. We used this twice but the rest of the time we have walked up the hills.
Will I stay again … yes! I would use this hotel as the perfect base for my next trip to Tenerife
