Superbe expérience dans ce complexe luxueux avec des personnels compétents et toujours à l'écoute pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Piscines toujours propres et chaudes, aire de jeux pour les petits sécurisée et villas nettoyées quotidiennement. Bravo!

Très bon hôtel, calme et très propre, les villas sont agréables avec de grandes terrasses, le jardin est bien arboré et p****mé de jolies fleurs. Le petit déjeuner est très varié avec tous ce qu'il faut, parfait. un seul bémol la carte menu trop répétitive et les suppléments même en pension complète dommage ! Sinon il y a plusieurs restaurants en dehors mais il vous faudra marcher 15 minutes Personnel au top, serviables et très gentil, Surtout Joan ...😁 Avec qui nous avons bien parlé, mais aussi Diego avec son éternel sourire, ainsi que toutes l'équipe féminine Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour sa quiétude et son professionnalisme

L’endroit est merveilleux, il y a une très belle végétation, les villas sont bien équipées et décorées. Nous avons apprécié nos moments passés en famille. Les piscines sont chauffées. Les repas étaient délicieux, merci à Juan, Giselle et Diego pour leur accueil.

Great family holiday in excellent location, 3 pools not crowded excellent breakfast and evening buffet 5 star service from friendly staff. Plenty activities to keep the children entertained. Local village and rugged beach walkable sandy beach not far by mini bus or car. Villa with garden cleaned dairy. Good family holiday had by all.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here, the Villa was great with a fantastic view and always maintained to high standards. All the staff were excellent and very helpful + the breakfast buffet was incredible! Would definitely visit again!

Juan was best customer service and hospitality would recommend in the restaurants he would work day and night and still be smiling, he would be very nice to my family and my niece especially making her feel special Thank you very much and maybe see you soon

As always Villa Maria was excellent. Lovely staff at all times throughout our stay. They even acknowledged my son’s birthday with a cake delivered to the villa, which was a lovely surprise. It’s our second stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely relaxed break..

Family trip with husband, daughter and her boyfriend. Apart from the WiFi connection being poor, couldn’t fault it. Arranged car hire at reception and all very helpful. Breakfast was good too, there is a 15 walk into la caleta, the area has an array of good restaurants, la caleta is a different experience to las americas, but for me in s good way. My daughter did pine for the bars/ nightlife of the safari centre, so we did go into las americas a few times. But a great stay.
