A truly fabulous hotel. We've said so many times before which makes it difficult to compliment Fiona and her wonderful team more than we have already done so. Having just returned from another fantastic week we really cannot exaggerate how superb RGVs is. We think the reason is simple...every guest, whether they be regular visitors or staying for the first time, is looked after with such warmth, generosity of spirit, professionalism and kindness....simple but incredibly hard to achieve and sustain without exception. We have never known RGVs to be anything other than truly excellent. Top class hospitality delivered by lovely people in extremely stylish, comfortable and luxurious surroundings. Just brilliant. Thank you!

Since we arrived it seems like a dream. Villa Sol, fabulous, Fiona and her team deserve a 10, they take care of all the details. Exquisite attention, care and attention from the staff from the moment you arrive, impeccable attention, we had dinner at the Jardin restaurant, spectacular, fantastic breakfast, wonderful spa. We have been to many 5* hotels but this one deserves a sixth. We don't want to leave!!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff are wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful! Totally private villa with private pool, sun beds and cabana bed and only 35 minutes walk downhill to La Caleta where you will find lots of lovely restaurants especially if you like seafood. Lots of taxis available if you don’t fancy the 35 minute uphill walk back and only costs €5! The food in the hotel restaurant is exceptional! Also the hotel is only a 10 minute drive from Siam Park. Will 100% come back here, loved it!

We had the most wonderful week here ( our first time visiting the Canaries). As many reviews have already said from the moment you walk through the front door you step into an oasis of lovely tranquility. Every single member of staff we met were so friendly, welcoming and very professional. Fiona the manager really does deserve the many accolades she has received as she goes to great lengths to ensure she meets you and ensures you are enjoying your stay without being intrusive. The property is so well maintained and whichever villa type you choose I have no doubt you will love it. The bar has really been set for our next hotel wherever we go next! The Royal Garden Villas is exceptional, from the moment you enter, you feel a sense of peace & tranquility. Staff are exceptional, they all go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. The hotel has an exceptional manger Fiona, who creates a warm, relaxed atmosphere that both clients and staff appreciate and work in harmony. We can’t wait to return & thank you ☺️

We stayed with our 7month old for a few nights and enjoyed our time there. The hotel staff and manager were all excellent and made our stay a very pleasant one. The best service we have ever received anywhere on our travels and helped us with everything. Congratulations on such a friendly and well run hotel we had a lovely stay with you.

Outstanding! I’ve stayed in many places throughout the world, and I have to say this place Absolutely deserves five stars. We stayed in the Aqua villa which was absolutely amazing, the decor, The quality, the layout was all absolutely on point. The staff were amazing, the cleanliness and upkeep was absolutely unbeatable. Breakfast was fantastic, and we ate in the restaurant which was an exceptional meal. Even Room service was to a really high standard. I highly recommend it.

Emphasize the Spa service along with the treatments they offer. Unbeatable treatment. Everything is very careful and designed to be able to disconnect and relax. Combined with the cocktails prepared in the common pool area, it is one of the experiences that I would recommend to everyone. The reception staff are always attentive to any needs you may have, proposing options that always make the experience there wonderful.
