Just loved it I will 100% be going back Rooms are lovely and quiet rooms slept like a baby The food was excellent worth getting up for breakfast and I never get up for it but I did here If u say its your birthday they put banners on your bedroom door It was just a beautiful holiday The resturants you have to book in are brilliant book on Only negative is I didn't know about the free bus in to town but I was too late it was full booked Positive is everything They do foam parties in the pool Cocktails making Music on a night is great

The hotel has excellent service. Most staff speak good English and other languages are also covered. The hotel is located on a volcanic rocky coast, with few shops or bars nearby, but in the hotel grounds are multiple shops and plenty of restaurants and bars. The 4 pools in mid-May were chilly at times and very reliant on direct sunlight to warm up, but cloud from the volcanic mountain range often covers much of the sky. The shallower pool for kids was usually warmest. The temperature outside was warm enough though for sunbathing. There are sufficient toilets (clean) around the pool area, but not well signposted. The room was spotless with a small fridge to chill own drinks (water and other drinks available in hotel shops). There were plenty of lifts to access all floors/pool. The food in the restaurants was usually very nice but a couple of mealtimes had poor choices (for our taste) but still just enough to satisfy. The à la carte restaurants varied in quality, with the Asian and Mexican restaurants offering the best a**osphere and food for us, all included in package. House wine was included, but other bottles of wine were available at a fair price. Clothing in those restaurants should be smart, but long trousers are not required for men. Book these restaurants as soon as you arrive using hotel app .. ignore what it says about booking the day before to avoid disappoin**ent! There is a trips office in the hotel. The all-day excursion to the top of the highest volcano (Teide) was expensive, but spectacular.. though not sure worth the money (also .. food/drink not included). The trip for dolphin and whale spotting was great value (took about 4 hours from pick-up to drop-off). We booked taxi transfers to and from the airport, (approx 30/40 mins) as a coach is likely to take a LOT longer. Taxis were well worth it in our opinion. We will be going back.

Good hotel but a little tired and dated. Some walls had peeling paint and rooms dated too but are nice and big. Everything was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Bar was excellent and wine drinkable. The buffet was great. And evening entertainment very good. Cloudy every day which isn’t anyone’s fault but nevertheless we enjoyed our holiday. Sister hotel next door has more wow factor and you can use their facilities.

Our first family holiday and it was one to remember. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked we where looked after by the all the incredible staff that work there. The highlight of our holiday was the entertainment staff, these guys go above and beyond everyday to bring fun and energy to your day whether it was water basket, aqua aerobics, water carpet or even a foam party for all ages in the swimming pool, the fun was endless. Our daughter was in the kids club, we where reluctant to put her in as we wanted to spend time together as family but boy was it the right decision, the team running the kids club are amazing with kids. The entertain them from 10am - 12:30pm and then 2pm to 5pm, we mainly put our daughter in for the morning session so we could spend the afternoon together in the pool. Special shout out to Erica for being so good with the children but all the staff where amazing. Every evening they have a mini disco for the kids which the kids love. The hotel food and drinks are fantastic, 4 Al a cart restaurants, one buffet restaurant in the evening, two buffet restaurants at lunch time from 1pm, two pool side bars, one of the poolside bars you can get food and the other is just drinks and then a snack bar that's open until 7am which serves food and drinks. There is literally food and drinks 24/7 in this hotel. I highly recommend getting the duck in the Asian restaurant. The hotel is clean and spacious, the room we stayed in could do with an update to make it more modern but it was cleaned everyday and was big enough for the three of us. The cleaning staff where lovely, they would set up my daughters bed with her favorite teddy's she would sleep with in a very cute way and my daughter loved it. There are three massive pools, the middle pool is where all the entertainment happens and is heated while the other two pools you can just relax around especially if you don't have kids. All the pools are fantastic and really clean. The entertainment in the evening is great, we preferred the village area as some of the bands that played where fantastic. The music can vary but they had a queen tribute band, Beatles tribute, Elvis tribute, an eighties tribute band and Broadway show tribute. There all so entertainment I'm the square outside the lobby. Overall there's loads for everyone. This holiday was perfect because the staff and the hotel made it that way. We will be returning that's for sure.

Nice place but not enough information for the guest

Just returned after a week stay. 6 adults and 3 boys (2,4 and 10)! It was amazing from start to finish! We had a junior suite with a sea view and the rooms are so spacious and you also get a fridge in the room. The food is absolutely fantastic! So much choice and you can get food any time of the day! The entertainment team were great especially Omar! I would 100% return. The staff were so accommodating and helpful! We arrived late at night and left early evening. I downloaded the app which made life loads easier when I checked in, book restaurants and check activities. So welcoming and pleasant! Thanks for a memorable stay 🙏
