Hotel bit dated though very clean. Nice large rooms and bathrooms with bath and shower above. Asked for low room but originally had a room 4 floors up which was changed to a ground floor. TV was very much catering for any nationality but British, told there was a problem with signal but didnt seem to affect any other channels. Buffet had a very good selection of dishes at all meals being regularly replaced with fresh. Also tried the Italian situated in the sister hotel which was also very good. The gym was also located in the sister hotel but was closed while we were there as getting refurbished. Too far out as nothing other than the two hotels with not great paths for walking as quite a lot of rough ground round about.

A great hotel for everyone to enjoy. The food- buffet was always on point and fresh food and changed regularly so wasn’t repetitive. Book your a la cartes early on the app as they fill up fast! Asian and Mexican were the ones we enjoyed most. The entertainment team…5 star. Always so happy and get everyone laughing and participating in the pool activities, couldn’t fault them at all. The overall staff yet again couldn’t fault it, the service was fantastic from the bar to the waitress and waiters. The location is a bit further out but can easily get a bus into Costa Adeje for €4 super easy to follow. Another fun thing to do is to go across to the Hard Rock Hotel 16th Rooftop bar for some drinks and to watch the sunset ! Absolutely amazing!

This hotel has the most amazing staff kind friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately one of our party fell getting on the coach transfer to the hotel. Once at the hotel the jet2 reps and hotel staff came rushing to her aid. Our stay was four nights and everyday they sort her out to ensure there was nothing more they could do for her. Monica and David from reception couldn’t help us enough. Danielle and Hania from Jet2 phoned everyday and came to see her. The food was varied and plentiful we had no complaints. Always plenty of sun beds. No big queues at any of the bars. We were in room 1613 ideal if you have walking difficulties as it’s in a good position for the restaurant and lifts going down to the pools. I stayed many years ago at this hotel and enjoyed it just as much this time. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

Mafe was brilliant, amazing entertainment. We can’t wait to come back next year. The interment team were amazing and so good with the children! They were so helpful and always asked if we needed anything! The facilities were so good and everything was so clean.

We have just returned from this Hotel and I have to say the experience was amazing from start to finish. We booked a junior suite just for the two of us and we were not disappointed. The room was really spacious and would accommodate three adults comfortably - there were only two of us. The balcony was very big and the sea views were amazing. The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard and towels changed daily, The cleaning staff were very friendly and always spoke. The check in was smooth. We arrived about 4pm and had not eaten since lunch time. The receptionist advised us to go down to the snack bar by the pool to get a snack as dinner was not until 6pm. We did this and had a snack and a beer in the late afternoon sun. The snack bar is kept clean and tidy and is open until 6.30. It serves snacks and drinks and is very accessible from the bottom pool. There is red, white and rose wine on tap along with beer and sangria soft drinks and of course water. All are served in reusable plastic cups. The restaurant and food were impeccable. I can honestly say I was never disappointed with what was on offer from the buffet. On entering the restaurant you may be expected to wait a few minutes to be seated. The organisation and communication between the staff was excellent and tis was never a problem. There was a choice of indoor or outdoor seating with plenty of shaded areas if needed, At breakfast lunch and dinner they served you with drinks at your table but the food was all buffet. The coffee was plentiful with breakfast and lovely, The wine served with other meals was pretty decent too. My husband even drank the wine and he's not a wine drinker. At the buffer they did theme night which meant the variety was great and we were never disappointed or bored with the food. There are two buffet restaurants on site, We tended to eat at the bigger one just because it had a slightly wider selection of food. We did not try the a la carte restaurants as we were only there for one week but we were told by other guests that they were well worth a visit. When venturing out be aware that there is a gate you can leave the hotel and walk into Playa Paraiso. The route is not suitable for the infirm but if you are fit and able and can climb stairs it's worth a venture as the scenery is beautiful. There is a bus runs from the hotel to Playa Paraiso or you can get a taxi for about 4 euros. If you want to go further afield the hotel runs a bus into Playa de Las Americas for 3 euros. Unfortunately we did not hear about tis until the last day so did not use it. The hotel and the grounds do have a lot of steps which wasn't a problem for us but they do welcome disabled guests with disabled access but some customers were in mobility scooters because of the location so please check this detail with the hotel before booking to make sure it suits your mobility needs.
