Frome Apartments

The reception staff was helpful, she made our stay a pleasant one. The rooms were tidy and clean.

Functional and comfortable apartments in really great location near to restaurants and places to drink as well as the river. Would stay again.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Apartments are large and clean. Really comfy beds. We appreciated that you could do laundry free of charge here and they provided washing liquid.

Beautiful service Beds were comfy Staff amazing Rooms super clean and stunning Beautiful views Right next to a beautiful hotpot place. Felt just at home. We also didn’t arrive till 11pm at night. Doing late check in was super easy. Will def stay again

We liked the ease of our after hours check in. The location of our apartment was close to shopping & dining facilities and it was great to have an underground car park designated to us. We stayed here 6 years ago found that things seemed much the same as the last time we were there. Our apartment was clean and very roomy. The Staff were very friendly and obliging too. The only issue we had was a broken drawer and we think it would have been a good idea for the property owners to make sure everything is safe and in working order before people stay there. Overall we had a fantastic time in Adelaide and it was great to come back there at the end of a long day and feel so comfortable and have cooking and washing facilities on our apartment. We would highly recommend Frome Apartments to families.

The apartment was great. Location amazing. Did have issue with parking garage doors not opening one day but good alternative provided however we did have to chase them - they did not inform us in advance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed here 4 nights with my family, just at the beginning of the Fringe festival. Spacious apartment, unfortunately our rooms looked down onto Grenfell St, where the loud music from Crown & Anchor Hotel kept us awake until 2 in the morning. Good location near the Botanic Garden and the Zoo with Rundle Mall 5 min walk away. Bus stop to the airport just round the corner.

We had never stayer at Frome Apartments before but came for a family event. The facilities are lovely and the staff were great. Special recognition to Rachael at reception. She was friendly and helped with directions and somewhere to eat. Will recommend.

I’m not one to ever leave a negative review but me, nor the 3 other people who stayed at the property with me were impressed. I stay at hotels often for work and I wouldn’t stay here. Positives first. Good location for what we needed it for, big apartment, quiet hotel, cute Christmas tree in the lobby. Negatives (sorry) Check in was hard? The person was hard to understand and I seemed like an inconvenience because I couldn’t understand a lot of what was happening. Everything just seemed so complicated. He was however friendly enough. Dirty pillows, reception closes at 5pm, Exhaust fan in bathroom was so loud we couldn’t sleep (no option to turn it off) the bedrooms were so hot with no ventilation or cooling. None of us had a good sleep. The reason for us staying was as we were attending an event across the road, so very convenient for us to be able to walk across the road to our hotel. But mid next year I have another event at the same venue and I’ll be choosing to stay elsewhere even if that means a bit of a walk or catching a Uber. For $400 a night it seems very steep for the quality of the place. I would hope this review is taken in the right way as a lot of things seem to be something that could be fixed quite easily (e.g. dirty pillows)
