"The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Exploring, dining, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. I booked a twin room with a balcony, and it was spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were so comfortable, making for a really pleasant stay. Enjoying the breeze on the balcony was an added bonus. What's more, there's an incredible Italian restaurant right next door to the hotel! The food is incredibly authentic – the pasta and pizza were so delicious, they'll make you stomp your feet with joy! After a tiring day of exploring, being able to just head downstairs for dinner without having to search for food far away was pure bliss. It definitely amplified the overall experience! Overall, my stay was a perfect 10. The service, location, and facilities were all top-notch. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Adelaide, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip!"

"I stayed at Stamford Grand Hotel for two nights and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic, and the breakfast was really good with a nice variety of options. I also enjoyed using the sauna and spa on the first day, which was a great way to relax. Unfortunately, the next day the spa area was flooded, so I couldn’t use the sauna or spa at all. This was quite disappointing, especially as I had been looking forward to using the facilities again during my stay. One small suggestion regarding breakfast — it would be even better if barista-made coffee was included rather than having to pay extra for it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I hope the spa facilities are properly maintained so guests can enjoy them throughout their stay."

"We did not stay, we booked in and saw how run down and old the rooms were, the room smelt bad , we think that's why all the room doors were left open so we went for a walk and found somewhere else to stay and booked out of haven marina motel. I am really disappointed that this motel is on your list, it's the worst motel we've ever seen and a total waste of our money"

"Where do I start... From the outside, it looks like a 5 star hotel, from inside the room, you know it isnt. The room had mould on the wall behind the curtain, there were huge cobwebs on the windows, there were broken plug sockets that didnt work, there was a lamp in the room with no switch just an open connection, which could have killed someone, the soap dispensers on the wall were empty and being a superior room you would expect a king bed, not a double. The staff were helpful and offered a deep clean and a free breakfast. Upon being out of the room for the day for a "deep clean" we came back to find they had done another half arsed job of the room. It smelt like bleach so you would think; yes they've cleaned it but, no. The windows were still filthy, the soap dispensers still empty but on the plus, they had cleaned the cobwebs up. Clearly the cleaning staff dont pride thierselves in doing a good job, just a half arsed one. For the price I paid for the room, which was expensive you would expect better. We stayed at Quest in Port Adelaide, which was. Much better experience overall. Unfortunately the manager kept leaving early before he finished dealing with these issues. Overall a really poor experience. Food was great, yet young team of bar staff were mostly brain dead. Was over charged on our first meal, the place has really gone down hill, shame really. Used to be a great place."
